Zhang Huaizhong, 35, was born into an ordinary rural family in Huangzhuang Village, Xiaojing Town. As a post-80s generation with dreams and love of struggle, he has been working hard abroad with a lively mind. After years of efforts, Zhang Huaizhong's fixed assets have reached 10 million yuan.

However, whenever he returned to his hometown to visit his relatives, Zhang Huaizhong always found that most of his hometown were left-behind old people and left-behind children, and the young labor force in the village went out to work. Based on years of experience in shopping malls, Zhang Huaizhong believes that if you want to rely on agriculture to get rich, you must form a scale. In order to dispel the misgivings of the villagers, in the spring of 2014, he invested more than 1 million yuan out of his own pocket to build a 60-mu Huangzhuang eco-agricultural demonstration park, built 20 high-standard greenhouses, and planted 50 mu of green out-of-season watermelons and melons, with an annual output value of more than 1 million yuan.

In order to promote industrialization and large-scale development, in 2015, the eco-agricultural demonstration garden cooperated with Jinke watermelon cooperative, according to the production and management model of "cooperative + base + peasant household". The implementation of unified supply of improved varieties, unified production procedures, unified field management, unified organization and sales, basically formed an one-stop production and management mechanism of watermelon production, service and sales. It integrates fine melon and vegetable production, factory seedling breeding, new variety display and new technology promotion, and has become an important base for Xiaojing town agricultural boutique display, science and technology research and development and promotion, high-quality seedling supply and farmers' technical training.

In order to achieve long-term development and to let more agricultural and sideline products go out of their homes and enter the market, Zhang Huaizhong decided to adapt to the requirements of the times and start with the emerging e-commerce industry.

At the beginning of 2015, Zhang Huaizhong raised more than 1000 million yuan to build an e-commerce industrial park in Xiaojing Town with a construction area of 8000 square meters on the east side of East Huangzhuang Village and Donglan Highway. The main project has been completed and is expected to be put into use in the first half of 2016. It can accommodate more than 100 e-commerce households and more than 500 jobs. The e-commerce industrial park and the town government have signed an industrial cooperation agreement on poverty alleviation. In operation, priority will be given to the employment of poor households, priority will be given to purchasing agricultural and sideline products of poor households, and production technical services will be provided free of charge to poor households. Within three years, it will lead 230 poor households in Huangzhuang, Li Gang and other surrounding villages to lift 860 poor people out of poverty.
