Fu Yilong, chairman of the cooperative, said that the highlight of the cooperative is not only to lead villagers to rely on industry to get rich, but also to introduce a number of advanced equipment to change the smelly conditions of traditional chicken farms.

Fu Yilong said that he graduated from college in 1999 and worked hard in Jiangsu, Shanghai and other provinces, mostly engaged in the marketing industry. This also allows him to increase his experience and knowledge in many years of cross-provincial marketing.

Fu Yilong said that by implementing the model of "companies + cooperatives + farmers" and adopting the approach of "profit sharing, labor employment, and win-win cooperation," cooperatives have companies to provide technical support and market sales services. it also drives farmers to rely on the chicken industry to get rid of poverty and become rich.

It is understood that the cooperative laying hens produce an average of 28000 eggs a day, with an annual output value of more than 5 million yuan. Fu Yilong said that it is still in the initial stage, and with the continuous improvement of scale and brand, I believe that the cooperative society will become bigger and stronger.

Today, the cooperative has 13 members, including 7 poor households.
