In order to better meet the needs of the market and enable villagers to obtain greater benefits, Pei Junxue took the lead in setting up a cooperative of old three melons and vegetables, which included 260 farmers and an area of nearly 10,000 mu. Pei Junxue leads the team south to dock merchants and manufacturers to broaden the sales market. Today's old three melons and vegetables cooperative, operating melons and vegetables covering an area of more than 40,000 mu, radiation surrounding counties and cities and villages.

Wholeheartedly help the people to get rich

Pei Junxue said: "if I take a fancy to money, I will not be this secretary. I want to see that the villagers are rich, and what they need is my responsibility, which is the value of my existence."

Years of rural work experience has made Pei Junxue realize that in order to speed up the pace of farmers getting rich, it is necessary to make use of the rich rural labor resources, especially women, to vigorously develop the aquaculture industry and increase the economic income of farmers. Pei Junxue gives full play to the breeding advantages of local Xingda chicken farming cooperatives, Wangfuyuan pig farming cooperatives and Dongjingzi cattle farming villages, encourages and supports them to expand the scale of farming, improve farming efficiency, and guide them to help farmers develop livestock and poultry farming. Up to now, the stock of broilers in the village has reached 150000, the stock of pigs has reached 26000, the stock of beef cattle and yellow cattle has reached 2800, and the output value of livestock and poultry in the village has reached more than 40 million yuan.

In 2014, under the leadership of Pei Junxue, the teams of the two village committees took the work of "three increases" as an opportunity to further publicize and comprehensively launch, and realized the whole circulation of cultivated land in the two natural villages, with a continuous planting area of 8700 mu, all realizing large-scale operation, and the land transfer area of the whole village reached 15000 mu.

There are no holidays in Pei Junxue. In his spare time, he became a regular customer of the Poverty Alleviation Office, the county agricultural start-up, the Land Bureau, the Civil Affairs Bureau, and other departments, either fighting for funds or applying for projects. over the past few years, he has fought for more than 10 million yuan in funds and built more than 30 kilometers of roads for Xinghe village. more than 40 million yuan of land consolidation projects applied for have been checked and accepted by higher departments.

When Xinghe Village became rich, Pei Junxue took doing practical things for the masses as a hard indicator. It has become popular for farmers to drink tap water and cable television into their homes, and more than 98% of every village has access to highways. Every effort has been made to improve the appearance of the village and create a good living environment for the villagers.

No matter whose family has a big or small affection, Pei Junxue is eager to help.
