At 9: 00 a.m. on May 25, 2016, with a gun salute in the courtyard of Inner Mongolia Prairie Chuanfu Edible Mushroom Co., Ltd., south of Zhalai Special Banner Industrial Park, east of highway, the start-up ceremony of College students' Entrepreneurship incubation Base and High value-added Edible Mushroom Industry was announced.

Zhang Xu, general manager of Prairie Chuanfu Edible Mushroom Co., Ltd., first gave you a report on the development of the company, and then led you to see the mushroom storage, mushroom strain production workshop, Ganoderma lucidum production workshop, mushroom planting base and so on.

Little mushrooms have made a big industry!

Zhang Xu, general manager of Prairie Chuanfu Edible Mushroom Co., Ltd. returned to his hometown in March 2015. through the investigation of local resources, he found that there was no one to do edible mushroom production in this area. Moreover, the development of edible mushroom production projects is a good project with low input, high return, good ecology and promoting employment, which has a lot of benefits to local development. He used the mushroom planting techniques he had learned to produce bacteria, and succeeded in planting a total of 30 mu in Wujia area and central forest farm in 2015.

For the economic benefit of planting mushrooms, the investment per mu is 3000mur5000 yuan (3000 yuan for strain, 1000 yuan for base material, 1000 yuan for labor), the yield per mu is more than 4000 kg, and according to the lowest 2 yuan per jin of mushrooms, the net benefit per mu is more than 4000 yuan, which is ten times that of corn.

Growing mushrooms also brings many social benefits:

1. Effectively solve the problem of straw burning in the field. (the nutrients needed for growing edible fungi are all wastes such as straw corncob and 5 tons of base material per mu.)

3. This year, he also developed the planting model of interplanting mushrooms in corn fields, which not only plays an ecological role in improving black land, nourishing black soil, eliminating land consolidation, but also increases the economic income of farmers.

4. In the process of mushroom production and processing, bagging mushroom sticks and cutting the roots of mushrooms harvested need a lot of labor, which is a labor-intensive industry, which fully promotes the employment of local villagers.

Seeing so much income from growing mushrooms, in November 2015, Zhang Xu and his confident partners registered to set up Zhalaite grassland Chuanfu Edible Mushroom Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 2 million yuan. In 2016, it was registered as Inner Mongolia grassland Chuanfu Edible Mushroom Co., Ltd. Prairie Chuanfu Edible Mushroom Co., Ltd. is currently mainly engaged in red matsutake and Ganoderma lucidum.

In 2016, the standardized cultivation of mushrooms in Prairie Chuanfu Edible Mushroom Co., Ltd. reached 272 mu. The planting mode adopts four modes: woodland planting, corn interplanting, farmers' courtyard planting and greenhouse planting. The products have been sold to Beijing, Harbin, Daqing, Qiqihar, Tongliao, Wulanhot and Zhalaite, etc., and are mainly sold to South Korea abroad. The production and processing of products adopt the cooperative planting mode of companies and farmers, forming a joint order chain of "production, supply and marketing".

Zhang Xu's plan for future development is to reach 1000 mu of industrial planting in 2017 and 2000 mu in 2018. The company team firmly believes that with Inner Mongolia as the core, the mushrooms on the prairie will go to the whole country!
