He returned to his hometown with savings from many years of migrant work, and specialized in using rotten pulp fields to raise Taiwan eel and Loach. After the success of his own breeding, he provided the villagers with breeding technology free of charge, driving more people to join the breeding team and let everyone get rich together. His name is Fu Rensheng. He is a farmer in Xiejia Village, Pengtian Township, Linchuan District. In March 2014, Fu Rensheng invested 200000 yuan to contract 10 mu of rotten pulp fields in the village that had not been planted for many years, and introduced eel and Loach from Taiwan to raise them. In 2015, he again invested more than 800,000 yuan to expand the breeding scale to 100 mu, and registered to establish a company. Led by him, more than 20 poor farmers in more than 10 townships, including Pengtian, Songkai, Shangdandu, and Luo Needle, are engaged in raising eel and Loach in Taiwan, covering an area of more than 300 mu, with an annual output value of more than 6 million yuan.

For a long time, Fu Rensheng and his wife have worked in Zhejiang. Although the income is considerable, Fu Rensheng always thinks that a part-time job is not a long-term solution, so he works while learning farming skills. During the Spring Festival in 2014, Fu Rensheng came home and found that there were many rotten pulp fields in the village. "the mountains and water in my hometown are good, so why not make use of these barren fields to engage in aquaculture?" Fu Rensheng had the idea of going back to his hometown to start a business and engage in breeding. Through investigation, in March 2014, he invested more than 200,000 yuan and contracted 10 mu of rotten pulp fields in the village to cultivate Taiwan eel and Loach.

In order to better cultivate Taiwan eel Loach, Fu Rensheng created a biological fertilizer and water technology. After the water quality is improved by this technology, a large number of plankton and beneficial algae will be produced in the water. Loach that eats these plankton and beneficial algae does not need to be fed, but the meat is more delicious and delicate. After four months of growth, Fu Rensheng's Taiwan eel Loach is growing happily. The big ones are more than two or two, and the small ones are more than one or two. Soon, Fu Rensheng's Taiwan eel and Loach sold out and all were sold to Shanghai at a price of 36 yuan per kilogram, with a profit of nearly 100000 yuan.

Fu Rensheng, who tasted the sweetness, decided to expand the scale of breeding. In August 2015, with the strong help of the township government, he successfully transferred 90 mu of wasteland and set up more than 40 breeding ponds. In order to save the cost of breeding, he went to Dongyang at his own expense to learn the breeding techniques of Taiwan eel and Loach. "Taiwan eel and Loach seedlings are relatively expensive, and if they breed themselves, the cost will be greatly saved." Fu Rensheng said. After several months of study and experiment, the self-breeding of Taiwan eel Loach has been successful. This year, his Taiwanese eel and dolphin is in short supply, and the price is also rising.

Fu Rensheng said that raising an acre of eel and Loach in Taiwan can make a profit of 10,000 yuan a year, which is a rich project with low investment and high profit, which is very suitable for farmers in their hometown. In order to drive more villagers to get rich, Fu Rensheng set up a Taiwan eel and Loach farming cooperative in Linchuan District to provide free farming technology to the villagers and drive everyone to get rich together. Fu Rensheng first supported the farming of poor households in the village. At present, eight farmers in the village are engaged in eel and Loach farming in Taiwan.

The townships and townships in the area have also gone deep into the homes of some poor families to support them in raising eels and dolphins in Taiwan in conjunction with the current activities of "four advances, four unions and four gangs." (Linchuan Evening News)
