"you still have to have a dream. What if it comes true?" Post-85 Jiangsu girl Wang Weiwei has a deep understanding of this. As early as when he graduated from high school, Wang Weiwei had a dream to be a successful businessman. Now, she has started her second business and invested the "first bucket of gold" earned by acting sheep's milk sales in college into the Hu sheep breeding project in her hometown Hongze County. People around her say that this is a legend of a young entrepreneur, but for herself, it is a dream-chasing process.

When she was a sophomore, she began to start a business.

Wang Weiwei was born into a not-so-rich family, which made her have the responsibility and responsibility from an early age. As soon as he entered the university, Wang Weiwei, who majored in broadcasting and hosting, began to work outside as a part-time "old business"-location host. For more than a year, Wang Weiwei has accumulated a lot of experience in interpersonal communication and team leadership, but this has also made her realize that the host is eating "youth rice", not a long-term solution. So Wang Weiwei thought of starting his own business and using physical projects to establish his ideal.

On the other hand, it starts from the sophomore year to form a bond with the "sheep" and start a real business. It was 2008, and Wang Weiwei inspected entrepreneurial projects. As a student, she didn't have much start-up capital, so the projects she could do had to be low-cost and sustainable.

Due to the melamine milk powder incident and the turmoil in the domestic dairy market, Wang Weiwei thought that goat milk could take advantage of the opportunity to open the market. Unexpectedly, at first, no one accepted goat's milk, and it could not be sold in supermarkets and terminal stores. Seeing that a lot of goat's milk was about to expire, I had to take it all back to school and give it to my classmates to drink. Some students could not finish it, so they used it to wash their faces and soak their feet. Wang Weiwei was very distressed to see it. As soon as she started her business, she lost seven or eight thousand yuan.

Even so, Wang Weiwei did not give up. In order to open the market, Wang Weiwei, who had not studied marketing, personally went to various sales outlets to conduct free tasting activities with his own small team. Sheep's milk is known as the "king of milk". It has high nutritional value. After reasonable promotion, it is quickly loved by the public, especially high-end consumer groups. Wang Weiwei, who gradually opened the market, opened his own "Sheep raising Road" sheep milk store in Changzhou, specializing in selling domestic brands of liquid goat milk and goat milk powder. Under such efforts, Wang Weiwei opened three sheep's milk stores before graduating from university, and had his own trading company, and even successfully introduced sheep's milk products into large supermarkets such as Auchan.

After graduation, she went back to her hometown as a "shepherd"

After graduating from Changzhou Institute of Technology in 2011, Wang Weiwei continued her business as a goat milk agent while mulling over a new business plan. When acting as an agent, Wang Weiwei often went to factory meetings to inspect. She had seen more milk bases, and she had a heartfelt love for sheep, so Wang Weiwei thought, let's just raise sheep. In the course of continuous inspection, Wang Weiwei discovered the Hu sheep. This kind of sheep is resistant to high temperature, moisture, strong disease resistance, high reproduction rate, mild temperament and high meat yield, so it is very suitable for large-scale breeding management. Therefore, Hu Yang has become the only choice for her to start a business.

In 2012, Wang Weiwei returned to his hometown, Gonghe Town, Hongze County, with the start-up funds he finally raised, and began to open his own farm. Wang Weiwei invested millions of yuan earned in school into this project, raised some funds through relatives and friends, and the total investment reached 5.5 million yuan, and then transferred more than 700 mu of land in Zhaoji Village, Sanhe Town, Hongze County. The newly built farm has a standardized sheep house and feed room of 6980 square meters, a silage pond of 3000 cubic meters, and 7 groups of feed processing equipment.

"everyone's potential is unlimited and you have to tap it, or you'll never know what you can do. As long as you do it, there is always hope. If you think less of yourself, you really have nothing left. " Wang Weiwei said frankly that the process of starting a business was under great pressure. "when I built the factory, even something happened to my family, and soon after I graduated, I knew nothing about construction. I ate and lived on the construction site, kept a close eye on the progress, and strictly controlled the cost of the project."

What impressed her most was that in the summer of 2013, she lived alone in her newly built office, surrounded by farmland and a sheep shed under construction. Mosquito bites were nothing, and sometimes snakes came into the house. Wang Weiwei had to keep a German shepherd to watch the door, so he had a little sense of security.

In the future, she wants to lead the villagers to become rich together.

When it comes to future development, Wang Weiwei has his heart in mind. After years of practice and exploration, she has accumulated a lot of experience in practical management.

In Wang Weiwei's idea, she will attract interested farmers to participate, and through the model of "company + base + cooperative + farmers + bank", not only can small-scale farmers avoid the cost of expropriating land and building factories, but also implement "unified management, unified epidemic prevention, household feeding, unified sale", which can also reduce farmers' breeding risks and achieve a "win-win" situation between farms and farmers.

Looking further, Wang Weiwei hopes to gradually improve the upstream and downstream industrial chains, starting with the deep processing project of mutton sheep slaughtering, to build a vertical industrial chain of "leading enterprises + large-scale breeding bases + deep processing of mutton sheep slaughtering + cooperatives + farmers" and a horizontal industrial chain of "improved breed breeding of mutton sheep + fattening of mutton sheep + feed processing (forage, concentrate) + organic fertilizer production".

"only by realizing the progress from breeding to slaughtering and processing, can we really embark on the road of enterprise product branding, so as to build a Chinese high-end chilled mutton brand step by step." Wang Weiwei is full of confidence in the future. 'starting a business is always on the way, 'she said.
