All localities should regard the whole mechanization promotion action as an important event to accelerate the construction of modern agriculture and pay close attention to it.

The meeting requested that during the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, all localities should make every effort to implement it in accordance with the deployment of the Opinions of the Ministry of Agriculture on the Implementation of the Whole Mechanization of Major Crop Production. First, we must grasp the organization and leadership and strive to advance at a high level. Further refine and promote the implementation plan of actions, draw up timetables and road maps, actively strive for special investment, and ensure clear objectives, task implementation and supporting measures. Responsible comrades in charge should personally organize and coordinate to ensure orderly progress. Second, we should pay close attention to close cooperation and strive for joint promotion.
