Comprehensive report on agriculture, rural areas and through trains: solving the "last kilometer" of agricultural science and technology services and developing intelligent agriculture are not new, but they are limited by the number of agricultural science and technology personnel, traffic conditions and new technology costs, and only a few farmers and herdsmen benefit. In late May, the reporter was delighted to see in the Hetao Plain of Inner Mongolia that intelligent agriculture began to enter the greenhouse of ordinary farmers, and the "last kilometer" became the gateway of scientific and technological services.

On May 26, Bayannur City, located in Hetao, suddenly heated up, watermelon and honeydew melon seedlings wilted in pieces, and farmers in Mantianhong Village of Hanggin Rear Banner immediately uploaded pictures to senior agronomist Zhang Xiuling's mobile phone through mobile phone APP. Zhang Xiuling also received calls from more than 10 farmers successively. In an emergency situation, Zhang Xiuling answered questions for villagers in the field under the scorching sun at noon.

On May 25, a farmer called Xinghuo Technology "12396" to say that several sheep were sick at home and several photos of sick sheep were taken. Senior animal husbandry division Quan Hengxiang first diagnosed sheep pox, and to the field diagnosis. Quan Hengxiang also published the disease and prevention methods of sheep on mobile APP in combination with pictures and texts.

Open Spark Science and Technology 12396 Mobile Service Platform (APP) on mobile phone, 24 columns such as expert answer questions, agricultural situation warning, meteorological information, supply and demand information, agricultural product market, mutton sheep market, sunflower market, service station, service case, practical technology, expert team five, information officer, Bayannaoer Party construction and so on are displayed in front of you. Farmers and herdsmen can get scientific and technological information service by tapping their mobile phones. For all kinds of breeding technical problems found in the production process, farmers and herdsmen only need to use mobile phones to take photos and upload them, and they can timely reflect the information to 12396 service experts in the form of pictures and texts, and inquire the expert's handling suggestions in real time, thus avoiding the inconvenience of previous door-to-door consultation and the trouble that telephone consultation cannot communicate accurately.

At present, Bayannur City has formed a city, flag, township and village four-level information service network supported by four agricultural and animal husbandry science and technology service stations, including "Spark Science and Technology 12396 Command Center," agricultural and animal husbandry science and technology service center of each flag county, Hetao College and Linhe Meteorological Bureau; it has 72 high-level Expert Service Groups involved in agriculture, animal husbandry, forestry, water and gas fields and 251 scientific and technological information personnel groups selected from village communities. A comprehensive information service system integrating expert telephone consultation, expert home visit service, remote video diagnosis and mobile service platform interaction has been formed. At present, the service scope of Xinghuo Science and Technology 12396 information service system in Bayannur City has covered 70% of villages and towns in the city. The Municipal Science and Technology Bureau plans to develop 100 science and technology information officers every year from this year, striving to cover scientific and technological information services to every village community in the city. With the cooperation of China Unicom, farmers and herdsmen dial 12396 service hotline or log in mobile APP platform to inquire about information charges and traffic charges.

"Using the agricultural Internet of Things, planting vegetables in greenhouses can save trouble. Visiting doors and shopping won't delay things. It's cheaper to take out your mobile phone and click a little." Linhe District Bayi Township Lianfeng four community farmers Li Liang May 26 when interviewed by reporters said. Li Liang has two 1.5 mu greenhouses, each with an annual income of 100,000 yuan. In 2015, each shed spent only 3000 yuan to assemble Internet of Things equipment (at present, a set of domestic agricultural Internet of Things system is at least 10,000 yuan), which completely liberated him.

Li Liang's greenhouse is equipped with "Ruian Network Agricultural Internet of Things Intelligent Management System" developed by Bayannur City Ruian Network Security Co., Ltd. Zhao Yun, head of the company, said that since the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau proposed to develop an Internet of Things system affordable to farmers, after two years of efforts, the R & D goal was basically achieved in May.

The system uses a network image acquisition module as an Internet of Things gateway to directly connect various sensors and controller data required for greenhouses to the Internet, display on-site images and sensor data through mobile phones or computers at application terminals, and issue remote control commands to controllers. It also realizes real-time monitoring of environmental sensing data affecting crop growth and linkage automatic control of greenhouse facilities through the same screen of any mobile phone APP in the cloud or any computer Web browser, including video images of greenhouse crops, air temperature and humidity, illumination, soil temperature, CO2 concentration, soil moisture, soil salinity (EC), etc.; intelligent control of remote opening and closing roller shutter, ventilation, fill light, water pump, etc. is carried out based on this data.

In order to reduce costs, Ruian created a dedicated camera for the Internet of Things to do both video image acquisition and gateway, forming a "visual Internet of Things technology", independently developed a variety of practical sensors, and independently developed APP and computer client software. At the same time, it realizes cloud storage of sensor data and video data to form a big data analysis system and provide reliable data for agricultural product traceability system.

At present, more than 100 farmers in Hetao area have already used this low-cost Internet of Things. (Reporter Hu Zuo)
