However, the health care function of blueberry is by no means as reported in some propaganda, which can "cure all kinds of diseases", and its health care function should be treated rationally.

In addition, Li Yadong points out that some propaganda reports have also exaggerated the benefits of blueberry planting, such as "planting 1800 plants per mu with an output value of 180000 yuan." this is obviously impossible, otherwise everyone would have gone to grow blueberries. Other companies use blueberries as a selling point to apply for government projects and commercial hype at all levels.

Experts pointed out that the fresh fruit market of blueberries will face fierce competition and brand pain. Almost all blueberry growers in the country have registered brands. At present, more than 30 brands of blueberries are on sale, while more than 100 brands are actually registered. The result is a price war, and the brand creation and maintenance of a fresh fruit enterprise will pay a huge price.

He Shanan, honorary director of the Institute of Botany of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Jiangsu Province, said that the past 15 years have been the stage of development of the blueberry industry. Affected by various trends of thought, the blueberry industry has appeared the phenomenon of eager for success and quick success, which is not a scientific attitude. The prospect of the blueberry industry is very good, but we should have a down-to-earth attitude and carefully sum up 15 years of experience and lessons, and we should not expect unrealistic fast and high returns, otherwise it will affect the healthy development of this sunrise industry.

Li Yadong said that the blueberry industry should develop rationally, and rational planting should become the main form. 100 mu to 300 mu is the large planting scale, and 30 mu to 50 mu is the farmer planting scale, which is the best performance-to-price ratio. It is best for leading enterprises to drive cooperative planting, and leading enterprises to provide technical and management solutions for win-win cooperation with farmers.
