Since 1998, Dongda Mongolian King Group has invested more than 80 million yuan to develop and build 300000 mu sand willow planting bases in Fuyuan, Zhonghe Xixiang and Yonglongquan. Adopting the method of "company + peasant household", with a total investment of 405 million yuan, 32 sand willow comprehensive management areas in Kubuqi desert and more than 50 shed feeding cashmere goat breeding bases were established, which led to the planting of nearly 3 million mu of sand willow. about 10 million mu of desert and sandy land have been treated to varying degrees.

In order to support the development of farmers, enterprises have invested more than 3 billion yuan in subsidy funds to provide five-guarantee services for facilities, breeding rabbits, feed, epidemic prevention and sales, and to implement the six-wheel drive of "large-scale breeding, industrialization matching, professional management, systematic division, modern processing and capitalized operation". It has attracted farmers and herdsmen from the old revolutionary base areas of the Dabie Mountains in Henan, poverty-stricken areas in Gansu, and 12 provinces such as Heilongjiang, Jilin, Zhejiang and Sichuan to start and develop, shake off poverty and become rich.
