In Xi'an, Zhao Qiuxia is very famous for her noodles, and her noodle shop is also a popular one. Zhao Qiuxia, 60, has been working harder and harder since she started making noodles in her 40s and constantly introducing new tricks. Zhao Qiuxia feels that the noodles in her hometown are delicious and that there are three kinds of ingredients that are very important.

But this proposal also made it difficult for Zhao Qiuxia. For Zhao Qiuxia, the standard of making noodles is not difficult. The difficulty is that if you choose to undertake this task, it means that the method of making noodles that the noodle shop has studied painstakingly for more than a decade will be made public, including the choice of ingredients, seasoning, production technology and so on.

After entangling for a long time, Zhao Qiuxia, who has the generous spirit of the Shaanxi people, finally decided to take over this task.
