Chang Sin-Kyoo is the director of Aksu Misi Honey Beekeeping Farmers' Professional Cooperative. in five or six years, he has led nearly 400 minority bee farmers to shake off poverty and become a leading goose in the regional beekeeping industry.

On June 22, in a red jujube orchard in Yiganqi village, Yiganqi village, Aksu city, Maiti Tousson, a member of Aksu Misi honey beekeeping farmers' professional cooperative, told reporters that he kept bees with Chang Sin-Kyoo six years ago, under the careful guidance of his master. He never knew how to keep bees independently, and now he has raised more than 100 boxes of bees, has a stable income, and has become a technician of the cooperative to guide other members in beekeeping.

"look! This plate of honey weighs five kilograms. " Maiti Tousson took out a board beehive from a beehive near the jujube tree and told reporters that a board beehive can produce at least 2.5 kilograms of honey, and a beehive can hold five board beehives.

According to Meimeti Tusun, his family lives in Karatale Town, Aksu City, and there are six people in his family. Before coming out to keep bees, the family's annual income was less than 8000 yuan. Although it is hard to come out to keep bees, you will have a stable income if you learn a skill, and the income is getting higher and higher year by year. Many members of the cooperative learn beekeeping from Master Chang Sin-Kyoo just like him. Now 85% of the members of the cooperative are ethnic minority farmers in various counties (cities).

"not only learned the technology of beekeeping, but also learned how to live." Tuson Ahmad, from Aykule Town in Aksu City, said with emotion that he had studied beekeeping with Chang Sin-Kyoo for many years, and his technology was getting better and better year after year, and his income was also rising. Last year, the income from beekeeping reached more than 100,000 yuan. Especially living next to each other for many years, Chang Sin-Kyoo 's family was industrious and frugal, and his life became more and more prosperous. He remembered that although he had a high income, he did not spend as much money as he did in the past, but learned to save money for a living. the family only buys necessities, and the idea of keeping up with consumption is no longer available, so the number in the passbook is increasing year by year.

Remuti Aihe Maiti, from Yingawati Township, Wushi County, told reporters that many members of the cooperative have to transfer to the mainland to release bees, and there are no travel expenses, living expenses, and so on. Chang Sin-Kyoo did not hesitate to help. No matter who borrows money, he never has to make an IOU. Chang Sin-Kyoo never asks for it. He alone knows that the loan is more than 200000 yuan.

"he doesn't treat us like an outsider, so naturally we don't treat him as an outsider." Remuri Aihe Maiti said that although most cooperative members are usually scattered, as long as they have the opportunity to get together, everyone is very happy. Every year, Chang Sin-Kyoo is invited to visit members of the cooperative at the Gurbang Festival and Meat Festival, while members who can return to Aksu during the Spring Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival will also visit Chang Sin-Kyoo 's home for the Spring Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival.

"wherever I go, I feel like a family between people and people." Tucson Ahmad, who had transferred to release bees in Yunnan Province, said with deep feeling when he recalled the scene in the mainland.

It is understood that Chang Sin-Kyoo, 37, whose father has been keeping bees in southern Xinjiang since Zhibian entered Xinjiang in 1956, has trained a large number of ethnic minorities to keep bees. After nearly 60 years of development between father and son, there are more than 200 beekeeping bases in the north and south of Tianshan Mountain. As most of the bee products are acquired by large mainland apiculture companies, the economic benefits are not very satisfactory. Chang Sin-Kyoo set up its own beekeeping enterprise in July 2011 and set up a professional cooperative for Aksu honey beekeeping farmers in 2013.
