Hu Nengxiu, who lives in Changqiao Village, Tianbao Township, Yifeng County, Jiangxi Province, is an authentic rural woman with a simple appearance and warm treatment. Already 43 years old this year, she is a well-known local pig farmer and a representative of entrepreneurial women. The Changqiao Baiji pig factory, which she founded, covers an area of more than 1000 square meters, has more than 1000 pigs of all kinds, and its annual sales amount to millions of yuan. When it comes to Hu Nengxiu's entrepreneurial experience, the villagers all applaud.

For the sake of his family, resolutely return to his hometown to start a business.

In 2006, Hu Nengxiu, a mother of two, went south to work in Guangdong in order to alleviate the family's financial pressure. with the hard-working, down-to-earth and tenacious spirit of rural people, he worked in electronics factories and food processing factories for six years, and only went home to reunite with his relatives during the Spring Festival every year. But Hu Nengxiu knows very well that, after all, a part-time job is not a long-term solution. as the two children grow up day by day, they need more and more care from their mothers. in addition, the health of the elderly at home is getting worse and worse, and they often need to be taken care of. After the Spring Festival in 2012, Hu Nengxiu finally made up his mind to stay at home and look after his family. But Hu Nengxiu, who had seen the world outside, could not bear to rely solely on her husband's meagre income from farming to support his family. one day, he said to his husband, "Lao Hu, why don't we start some more sideline, old and young? it's not a way to rely on your income." Hu Nengxiu's husband, Hu Lansheng, is also an honest farmer. Although he is hesitant about his wife's idea, he has always trusted and supported his wife, and this time he agreed with his wife's idea without exception. But only after graduating from junior high school, what can I do if I have no education and no skills? Hu Nengxiu thought that all the people in the countryside had raised pigs, "then raise some pigs."

After a lot of twists and turns, the hardships have come to the end.

In this way, with the savings earned by working for many years and the more than 200,000 yuan borrowed from relatives and friends, Hu Nengxiu set up his own pig factory in the village in the spring of 2013. Because of the limited funds, I only bought more than 50 and a half sows at first. As his pigs grew up day by day, Hu Nengxiu was full of energy, but the good times did not last long. As the sows were about to be vaccinated, a pig service made the pig factory sick and killed several big sows, resulting in direct economic losses of tens of thousands of yuan. It was Hu Nengxiu's most heart-wrenching and helpless period of time. Instead of defeating Hu Nengxiu, setbacks made her work harder to learn ways to prevent and cure pig disease, and through her own efforts to make the remaining sows grow up healthily.

The sows are about to give birth, Hu Nengxiu finally breathed a sigh of relief, but an unexpected situation broke Hu Nengxiu's heart. Due to the lack of systematic experience in raising pigs, the sows failed to isolate the piglets in time when they gave birth. Overnight, many newborn piglets were turned over and crushed to death by the sows. In order to prevent this from happening again, Hu Nengxiu and her husband had to take turns in the pigsty day and night, and after all the sows had given birth, Hu Nengxiu lost weight.

With the continuous observation and study, Hu Nengxiu's pig raising level continues to improve, and the pig factory is becoming more and more prosperous. Hu Nengxiu, who tasted the sweetness, began to expand the scale of the pig factory again, but the funding problem blocked Hu Nengxiu's progress. Hu Nengxiu, who was "desperate", found out that the labor and employment department had a discount micro-guaranteed loan policy for migrant workers who returned home to start a business, so he immediately rushed to the guarantee center of the local employment bureau to learn about the situation. When the staff asked her in detail about her situation and told her that she met the loan application requirements, Hu Nengxiu's psychological boulder finally fell to the ground. After being supported by a discount loan of 200000 yuan from the local employment bureau, Hu Nengxiu finally expanded his four large pig houses and increased the number of sows to more than 100.

Promote the common prosperity of the villagers in Huize Township

Hu Nengxiu's successful entrepreneurial experience greatly encouraged the villagers and greatly promoted their entrepreneurial enthusiasm. Under the leading role of Hu Nengxiu, Changqiao Village successively set up three pig farms, driving dozens of villagers to work. Hu Nengxiu said: "villagers can not only rely on raising pigs to get rich, but should make use of the village's superior resources to develop other planting, breeding, tourism and processing industries." Hu Nengxiu's idea is not only in words, but in practice. In 2015, Hu Nengxiu and her husband took the lead in setting up their own brewing workshop in the village using their mastery of Tianbaoluo wine brewing technology. Due to the suitable local climate and excellent water quality, his family's Tianbaoluo wine is sweet and mellow, has a long aftereffect, and has a good reputation, which is often admired by many foreign businessmen. This year, Hu Nengxiu's husband, Hu Lansheng, was elected secretary of Changqiao Village, and the couple will go further and further on the road of leading the whole village to common prosperity.
