"the initial investment in agriculture is large, laborious and tiring, but as a villager of this village, I am willing and willing to make this investment." When I said this to the reporter, the barren hills and hills of the past have been transformed into "Flower and Fruit Mountain" by Li Changchun, and all kinds of fruit trees, such as cherry trees, pear trees, peach trees, and so on, can be seen everywhere and planted in an orderly manner.

Li Changchun, a villager in Zhifang Village, Wufeng Mountain, Changqing District, developed from a migrant worker 28 years ago to the owner of a cherry valley covering an area of nearly a thousand acres. He not only helped the village build the road up the mountain, but also set up Zhifang Great Cherry Co-operative and Changqing District Wufeng Mountain Big Cherry planting Association, leading more than 600 fruit farmers in Zhifang, Zhuzhuang, Qiuzhuang and other surrounding villages to shake off poverty and become rich.

Transportation difficulties make Papermill cherries "unknown"

Wufeng Mountain, Taoist shrine, the peaks are beautiful. In recent years, the big cherry in Zhifang Village, which is located at the southern foot of Wufeng Mountain, is also famous inside and outside the province for its large fruit and sweetness. cherries are listed every year and merchants gather, bringing a lot of benefits to local fruit growers. But who would have thought that in Zhifang Village, which is now famous for cherries, the cherries planted many years ago were unknown and unknown.

In a word, although the cultivation of cherries has a long history in Zhifang village, the villagers have a single planting method, few varieties and small scale. Coupled with the steep mountains, no water in the mountains and other special natural conditions, 20 or 30 mu of cherries in the village can only be extensive management. "at that time, the villagers went up the mountain to manage the cherries along the ditch and up the trail. Manure, fertilization, and watering were all manpower. Apart from carrying or picking, even a 'native cow' could not get in." Li Changchun said that cherries do not grow well, and it is not good to sell them out. When they come across those that grow well, they find a way to ship them out, and they cannot be sold at a good price even if they stumble in the course of transportation.

Return to the village to contract barren mountains with the "first bucket of gold" of entrepreneurship.

Zhifang Village, where Li Changchun grew up, is a small mountain village with a third of the mountain plain. Because of the barren mountains and lack of irrigation conditions, the villagers can only rely on planting cherry, chestnut and other fruit trees on the slopes near the village, and their income is relatively low. Like many rural people, Li Changchun went out to work after graduating from junior high school in order to make money. Twenty-eight years ago, Li Changchun, who graduated from junior high school, did construction and installation with people from his hometown near Wuying Mountain in Jinan. After a long time, Li Changchun also became a small "contractor". At most, 60 or 70 people followed him. Gradually, the business developed from Jinan to the surrounding cities. "there are also many customers in other cities, and the farthest have been to Shaanxi." Li Changchun said.

Around 1998, when Li Changchun was building and installing people in a large bus factory, he was lucky to form a bond with the bus. He took out most of the money he earned from working for many years and bought six passenger cars at once. Hired a driver to start a bus transport business, this is 10 years, for him to accumulate a lot of entrepreneurial wealth.

In the interview, many villagers in the same village said that Li Changchun is usually a "warm-hearted", whose marriage and funeral marriage, as long as the villagers need money to find Li Changchun, he is never vague. During the Spring Festival in 2009, when some villagers went to Li Changchun's home to pay New year's greetings, they encouraged him to contribute money to do something for the village. "the village is so backward, you have knowledge outside, see if you can think of a way to help the development of the village." That night, Li Changchun and his wife decided to contract barren mountains and start a business in the village.

Open the mountain and split the road to be the modern version of "foolish Duke"

Li Changchun contracted this barren mountain, the mountain is steep, there is no water in the mountain, and there is only a sheep's intestine path into the mountain. Not long after the Spring Festival, road construction was put on the agenda. But things are not as easy as they thought. In order not to occupy a good road and affect the villagers' normal access to the mountains, the roads were all ridges at that time, but they were looked down upon because they occupied some villagers' land or trees, and cold words floated to Li Changchun and his wife from time to time. "have a good day, but what are you doing back in this corner of the mountain?" "driving this mountain is like a foolish man moving away from the mountain. You have to be willing to sweat and invest money." What Li Changchun recognized, even the eight horses could not be pulled back. In order to repair the road as soon as possible, he moved his family to the mountain, found machines, hired workers, and began the "mountain-moving" road of building mountain roads, building terraces and digging deep wells.

It is understood that in order to increase farmers' income, Li Changchun invited the capable people in the village to work in the mountains, not only to eat, but also to earn more than working outside. Excavators, bulldozers, trolleys, cars come and go, Shiling chiseled into layers of dam Weirs, soil piled into blocks of terraces. Explore water sources, dig deep motor wells, and build water storage ponds. It takes a great effort to build the mountain road. Li Changchun led the workers in scientific planning, digging mountains and masonry, and filling with silt. after more than a year of busy work, it cost more than 2 million yuan, and a 12.5-kilometer ring road was finally completed before the Spring Festival.

To Li Changchun's surprise, during the Spring Festival, the people in the village, in order to thank him, spontaneously organized to go to his door to set off firecrackers to show their gratitude.

Introduce new varieties to promote the development of circular agriculture in the whole village

When the road was opened, the terraces were built, the wells were dug, and the electricity was turned on, Li Changchun went to advanced areas to learn new cherry planting techniques, introduced high-quality varieties of big cherries such as "Zaodaguo" and "Rabins", and invited experts to explain pruning and other cultivation techniques. Greenhouse cherry market early, high income, Li Changchun will invest in the construction of winter-warm greenhouse to produce early spring cherries. Led by Li Changchun, fruit growers in Zhifang village have also expanded their cherry planting area on their own mountains and hills, and he has taken the initiative to provide technology to his neighbors. Today, the variety of big cherry planted in Zhifang village has expanded from two or three to more than 20 varieties, and the picking period has been extended from the initial 3-5 days to more than 40 days. It has become the earliest mature cherry plantation with the best taste in the province.

In August 2009, Li Changchun established Zhifang Great Cherry Professional Cooperative. The ecological cultivation cycle model of "animal husbandry-biogas, biogas slurry, biogas residue-forest fruit-production of organic fruits" was used to develop circular agriculture. In addition to being used for energy consumption in production and daily life, biogas can also be partly used to increase light and heat in greenhouse cultivation, and CO2 produced by combustion can be used as gas fertilization to increase crop yield and improve crop quality.

"in the big cherry planting area, biogas residue and fully mature organic fertilizer are mainly used as base fertilizer, which reduces the use of chemical fertilizer, increases the content of soil organic matter, and increases the yield of big cherry by about 15%. Spraying biogas liquid on the branches and leaves of big cherries has a pest control effect of more than 90%. " Li Changchun said: coupled with the unique conditions such as mountain spring irrigation, adequate sunshine and good ventilation, the cherries grow large, fleshy, high sugar content, and the fruit tastes good. A picking group from Liaocheng once joked, "none of us drank the spring water, but you drank the cherries first."

Set up an association to drive the surrounding villages to shake off poverty and become rich

In March 2010, Li Changchun established the "Changqing District Wufengshan Great Cherry planting Association" and served as its president. He took advantage of the brand resource advantage of "Provincial Tourism Resort-Wufengshan" to build the "Wufengshan Great Cherry" brand and register its trademark. cultivate the market. The association provides technical guidance for the whole process from the aspects of fertilizer and water management, pest control, acquisition, processing and sales of big cherries, and has received good social and economic benefits.

Today, the association has developed 110members and expanded the planting base of more than 5000 mu, forming a development model of "market + association + base + farmers". It leads more than 600 fruit farmers in the surrounding villages such as Papermill, Zhuzhuang and Qiuzhuang to plant cherries and shake off poverty and become rich. only the annual output of cherries has reached 3.6 million kg, the income of more than 20, 000 yuan per mu, and the average household income has increased by 15000 yuan. Cherry planting has become the leading industry for local farmers to increase income and become rich.
