Her name is Mu Lihua and she is 39 years old. "I look like a spark vegetable, a little precocious." She teased herself like this. Qianhua, which she founded in 2013, covers an area of more than 1200 mu and has a greenhouse of more than 30000 square meters. It is the largest vegetable base for Hong Kong in the demonstration garden of precocious vegetables in the low-heat valley of Ziyun Autonomous County. The "reverse rent and reverse package" model she explored has now solved the employment of more than 60 villagers, with a per capita monthly income of more than 4000 yuan.

She rose from her failure again and again, always inspiring and infecting everyone with her firm faith and bright smile. Her smile is the most beautiful rainbow in the wind and rain.

The interview with Mother Lihua lasted only more than two hours, but her story was memorable for a long time.

The transformation from urban to rural areas

Mother Lihua grew up in a rich family. Her father once served as a leading cadre in the county, but she did not develop the character of being spoiled and enjoying her success. After getting married, she quit her job in a state-owned enterprise. Since 2005, she has opened a supermarket and engaged in liquor sales, accumulating valuable experience and "the first bucket of gold" in her life.

With the rapid development of online shopping and modern supermarket chains, Mu Lihua's business has been greatly impacted. "supermarkets and liquor sales, the road is narrow when walking, I always feel that it is not my real career." She began to think about transformation.

Hearing that Ziyun Autonomous County made great efforts to develop high-efficiency agriculture in mountainous areas and promote the development of agricultural industrialization, Mother Lihua smelled business opportunities. "at that time, I thought that agriculture was fundamental and that people needed it all the time." Mother Lihua said.

After several inspections, in June 2013, Mu Lihua came to Spark Township with all her savings, where the park construction was in full swing and the atmosphere was warm, just like the hot river valley climate here. "I invested all my money and transferred more than 900 mu of land in the first phase."

Ziyun Autonomous County low Heat Valley precocious vegetable demonstration Park is one of the provincial agricultural demonstration parks in Guizhou Province, with a total of 25000 mu, with 46 enterprises and cooperatives. The scale of Mu Lihua is the largest and occupies a leading position.

Before entering the industry, Mother Lihua thought carefully and thought she was psychologically prepared. But the grim reality still caught her off guard. "I didn't expect to have so many difficulties before, but I tasted a lot of sadness after I entered."

In a short period of three months, all the more than 1 million yuan invested by mother Lihua went down the drain.

"I still have no experience." Mother Lihua summed up the initial failure. "regardless of the cost, I work eight hours a day and get to and from work on time." She laughs that this model is "learning from Dazhai" and "big bag work". Everyone commutes to and from work together, money is spent, time is spent, but the output value is not done.

In the first season, vegetables were paid more than 1 million yuan in three months from sowing to harvest, but the products were only sold for more than 200,000 yuan.

"later, we divided the land into blocks and went to work in groups, but it still didn't work. It is still not in line with the law of agricultural production. " Mother Lihua said.

"I was a little shaken at that time, but it was very short. I still firmly believe that agriculture is a promising road. " Mother Lihua said with a smile.

In 2014, Mu Lihua raised more than 2 million yuan to put into production again, and the transferred land increased to more than 1200 mu. A greenhouse of more than 30,000 square meters was built with the support of the county government.

"but it still lost money in 2014." Mother Lihua introduced as she waded through the piers of the canal. There was a frost disaster that year, but the main problem is that the problems of low labor efficiency and high labor cost have not been solved.

"ever since I entered agriculture, I have been thinking about how to quantify labor costs to workers and reduce costs, but many methods have not been ideal." In the second half of 2014, Mother Lihua spent a lot of time going out to study, "sharpening the knife without mistakenly cutting firewood." "the tuition fees should not be saved," she said. " After coming back, she summoned the employees of the company and some farmers to fully discuss and choose a way out.

In early 2015, Mu Lihua put forward the model of "reverse rent and reverse package" for small farmers, which transferred the land from the hands of farmers, unified and leveled it, built greenhouses and other supporting facilities, and then subcontracted them into small pieces to farmers for management. Each household contracts 10 to 15 mu. Qianhua Agricultural Company is responsible for providing seeds, fertilizers and other means of production and technical guidance, and arranging step-by-step sowing so that farmers can harvest every day. The farmers hand over the agricultural products to the company after picking, and the company pays according to the jin.

"the wages of ordinary people are calculated on the basis of finished products, so that the labor force is not wasted." Mother Lihua said that farmers arrange their time reasonably according to crop growth, "farming for their own families", the labor efficiency has been greatly improved, and the efficiency of the company has been significantly improved.

The successful experience of "reverse rent and reverse package" in agriculture in Guizhou and China quickly spread in the park, and other companies have adopted this model, which is known as "the most effective mode of company + peasant household".

He grinned with an honest face. "our family has contracted 15 mu of land." His wife, Ren Chunhua, told reporters.

"it's the rainy season, the fields are bad, and the vegetables don't grow well. We only have more than 5000 yuan this month. At the highest point, we had more than 14000 yuan a month, which is a good model. " Guo Xinghua is very satisfied with his current income, especially when he is employed on his doorstep. He can take good care of his elderly mother.

"there are now more than 60 peasant households like Guo Xinghua, some of whom are poor and some who have returned from working outside the country. We are still developing, and the key is to train them to master the technology first. " Mother Lihua said.

"after the establishment of the park, the income of local people has increased, with land transfer fees and wages, and local workers can still take care of their families.
