Culture of Penaeus vannamei: the highest gross profit per mu is more than 60,000 yuan
African Penaeus Monodon, also known as Penaeus Monodon, King of Penaeus Monodon, King of Grass Shrimp, etc., in order to explore some technical problems of this breed in culture and production, Xu Chengtuan Aquatic Technology Promotion Station of Xuwen County of Guangdong Province and Fang Liangzhi of Hainan Nanjiang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. carried out two-year experimental culture in 2014-2015. It was found that the average gross profit of Penaeus Monodon was 34,000 yuan / mu, and the highest gross profit was more than 60,000 yuan / mu. The following is the experimental report.
African Penaeus Monodon, also known as Penaeus Monodon, King of Penaeus Monodon, King of Grass Shrimp, etc., the parent of the shrimp is from the wild Penaeus Monodon in Africa. Compared with the current domestic cultured Penaeus Monodon, its body color is darker, the head and chest nail is thicker, the body is long and laterally flat, slightly fusiform, and the body color is bright; the most suitable water temperature is 25-32 ℃, the food intake is significantly reduced below 20 ℃, and freezing to death below 13 ℃; wide salinity, suitable salinity range is 5 ~ 30 ‰, the most suitable salinity is 15 ~ 25 ‰, low salinity growth is relatively fast; omnivorous, the requirement for protein in food is not high. It has strong tolerance to dry and hypoxia, and is most suitable for culture in sediment ponds, showing the characteristics of strong adaptability, fast growth rate, neat individual size and strong disease resistance. In order to explore some technical problems of this variety in culture production, we have achieved good culture results and economic benefits after two years and four years of experimental culture from 2014 to 2015.
I. Test conditions and methods
1. Shrimp pond condition
The test shrimp pond is the high pond of Xingang base of Hainan Nanjiang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., the shrimp pond is sandy bottom, cement slope, pond depth is 2 meters, water depth is 1.6m, 60 ponds, the area is 260mu / mouth, a total of 280mu; the sea area is of good water quality, sufficient water source; there are fresh water source and secondary sand filter reservoir (the sand cover of the filter tube buried in the reservoir is larger than 50cm for secondary filtration) There is an intermediate sewerage system, each pond is equipped with 4-8 water wheel aerators.
two。 Preparation work before releasing seedlings
Drain the pond water 1.5 months before releasing shrimp seedlings, wash the pond with a high-pressure water gun, close the gate and dry the pond until the bottom of the pond is cracked, distribute it on the bottom of the pond with quicklime 50~100kg per mu, and plough and rake the bottom of the pond for ploughing and exposure. Two weeks before the release of 20cm, bleach 20kg/ was used to disinfect pond bottom, pond wall, aerator, feed platform, leakage net and other culture utensils. After 24 hours, drain the water and enter it to 1.2m, then disinfect the water with 2kg/ mu of strong chlorine. 20 hours later, choose to detoxify with sodium thiosulfate 1kg/ mu in the morning, check live bacteria (80g/ mu of Nuobiqing water purifying agent) after 4 hours, then fertilize 15kg/ mu of dolomite powder, 5kg/ mu of fertile and water type EM bacteria, 2 kg/ mu of fertile and water type ligands + brown sugar 0.5kg/ mu (activated for 12 hours), and bio-organic fertilizer 5kg/ mu. If possible, it can be inoculated with oocystis or Chlorella and other green algae for directional culture. After fertilization, we often observe the water color, planktonic biomass and transparency of the pond to determine whether to topdressing or not, so as to ensure that there are abundant basic food organisms in the pond, because it directly affects the growth rate and survival rate of shrimp fry. 50~30cm is the best transparency of shrimp pond water. Three days before seedling release, fermented feed (lactic acid bacteria + brown sugar + broth fermentation) was provided. Before release, the water quality index of the stocking pond was tested and the water of shrimp seedlings was tested.
3. Shrimp seedling selection
Shrimp seedlings are selected from Penaeus vannamei seedlings of Hainan Nanjiang Company. Shrimp seedlings require uniform individual size, strong vitality, good reverse swimming ability, smooth body surface without attachment, body length above 0.9cm, and must not carry several specific pathogens such as WSSV, TSV, IHHNV and IMNV after virus and vibrio detection, and the number of vibrio is within the safe range.
