He was disabled in his lower limbs and was once destitute. In order to make a living, he traveled north and south on a wheelbarrow, asked for a meal and sold balloons. Later, he returned to his hometown and started raising pheasants and pigeons, realizing his own value with the help of warm-hearted people. The day before yesterday, in the breeding farm of Wang Mujie in Gangwang Village, Gangwang Town, Zhecheng County, the reporter interviewed this disabled and determined man.

Wang Mujie currently has two farms, which are used to raise pigeons and colorful pheasants. Pheasants must be raised separately, and in the pheasant farm, there are green vegetables and corn roe, which is the "home meal" of thousands of pheasants. Wang Mujie's breeding pigeon farm currently has more than 7000 pigeons, entering the farm, one by one lovely squab is also very eye-catching.

One of Wang Mujie's farms is in a big tree forest, which is very busy every day. His neighbors Wang Huiguang, Wang Jianchao, Wang Huidong and others come here every day to help him take care of the farm. When the Evening News reporter interviewed his neighbor, Wang Mujie came over on crutches. "if it hadn't been for my good neighbors, I wouldn't have been able to do it alone."

This also starts from the life experience of Wang Mujie. The 48-year-old Wang Mujie dropped out of primary school before graduating from primary school. When he was a child, he suffered from rheumatoid rheumatism and suffered from leg disability. He spent more than ten years running for treatment. The disability card is shown as "secondary disability of the limb". Because of his physical disability, he was unable to engage in normal manual labor and suffered from making a living, so when he was young, Wang Mujie ran around on a wheelbarrow, asking for a meal and selling balloons. Twenty years ago in February, he went to Jilin alone and arrived in August of that year. He made a living by selling balloons along the way, and people who knew about him also lend a helping hand.

"I can't say what I've suffered before, but I'm a more optimistic person, and those special experiences have sharpened my will." Wang Mujie smiled.

Wang Mujie started farming three years ago. Once, he picked up some wild eggs in the field and hatched them into chicks with domestic hens, so there were more and more pheasants at home.

"more than 100,000 yuan was invested, all by relatives and neighbors to help raise money. At first, I raised some pheasants to feed my relatives and neighbors, but then there were more and more chickens, so I thought of farming. " Wang Mujie said, "I feel that as a disabled person, I have to dare to think and do something that others do not dare to do, and make an appearance to prove,'I can do it!'"

At present, a pair of pheasants raised by Wang Mujie can earn dozens of yuan a year, and a pair of breeding pigeons earn more than 100 yuan a year. In addition to a large number of his pheasants and breeding pigeons are sold to restaurants in surrounding counties and townships, some of them are also sold to Zhuhai. Pheasants are sold in pairs, and they can sell hundreds of pairs at a time. I feel that with the improvement of everyone's living standards, these game will be more and more welcomed by our people, sales will be bigger and bigger, I want to strive for more sales, expand the scale of breeding. " Wang Mujie said.
