The reporter saw that one of them studied very seriously and approached and learned that his name was Li Zengsheng. He was from the nearby village of Lizhang. He came here specially to attend the lecture today. Li Zengsheng came into contact with the new project of pigment chili through Guochen Biology in 2013. after some investigation, he finally planted 40 mu in 2014, expanded the planting area to 80 mu in 2015, and expanded the planting area to 100 mu this year.

Not only is the planting scale getting bigger year after year, Li Zengsheng has also been carefully learning planting techniques, thinking about improving the yield of pigment pepper per mu. According to him, his gross income per mu of pigment chili rose from 2000 yuan per mu in 2014 to 2500 yuan per mu in 2015, and the extra 1/5 depends on a few tricks learned from technicians. "so, knowing that technicians came down to teach skills, I came to attend lectures early in the morning to try to learn more about planting and management, and to have a better harvest of chili peppers this year."

At present, South Korea and other developed countries have a strong demand for chili red pigment, and the whole industry is in short supply.

She also told reporters that the city's temperature, frost-free period, accumulated temperature, precipitation and other major climate indicators are completely suitable for the growth of chili peppers. Therefore, in 2014, the company began to adopt the approach of "company + cooperative + farmers" to promote more than 2515 mu of pepper planting base in Lingchuan County Liyi Town, Qinjiazhuang Township, Zezhou County, Qinshui County, Yangcheng County and Gaoping City. In 2015, in order to allay the concerns of farmers, the company adopted a unified seedling planting, unified technology, unified agricultural material procurement, unified management, unified acquisition, unified brand sales "six unified" order management, and 100% repurchase of all commissioned pepper products in accordance with the recycling agreement.

The reporter also learned that in order to ensure the supply of seedlings for local farmers, Guochen Bio also built a 110-mu pepper seedling greenhouse base in Jincun Town, Zezhou County. At present, the company is also preparing to build a pepper freezing, drying, crushing, extraction, compression, vacuum packaging processing production line, annual processing of more than 20,000 tons of pepper processing workshop and the construction of a 10,000-ton freezer, and in the second phase of the production line project plans to build new protein extraction, capsaicin extraction, pepper essence extraction and organic fertilizer extraction and other comprehensive production lines.

The reporter also learned that the company plans to popularize the planting of 30,000 mu of chili peppers in Zezhou County, Lingchuan County, Qinshui County and other places this year and next year, and through the development of order pigment pepper agriculture, the promotion of pigment pepper and seedling transplanting technology, improve the quality and output of pigment pepper, and open up a new channel for farmers in our city to increase income and become rich.
