Luo Jun said that after investigation, he emptied his family, borrowed money with his wife, and mobilized relatives and friends to set up a professional cooperative for rich farmers in Luocheng Group in Zhaidtun in 2013.

Luo Jun said that the cooperative takes the road of integrated development of "silkworm, mulberry, cocoon, silk, and marketing" and establishes an integrated platform for promoting the rejuvenation of silkworm eggs, the co-rearing of young silkworms, and the rearing of large silkworms.

In 2013, at the beginning of the establishment of the cooperative, there were only eight members. After regularly inviting technicians from county agriculture bureaus and sericulture stations to teach members the techniques of planting mulberry and sericulture, the advantages of cooperatives are becoming more and more obvious. Huaiqun, Tianhe, Xianai and other surrounding villages and towns many farmers volunteered to join the cooperative, members and mulberry area increased year by year. At present, cooperative members have grown to more than 500. the area of mulberry sericulture reaches more than 2000 mu, and the annual income of mulberry sericulture exceeds 10 million yuan. The cooperative base has built more than 2000 square meters of small silkworm co-rearing room and large silkworm rearing room, covering an area of more than 250mu, raising more than 30 batches of young silkworms and 12 batches of large silkworms every year, with an output value of more than 1 million yuan.

Luo Jun said that he also leased land to grow dozens of acres of sugar cane and sugar oranges, using silkworm dung as organic fertilizer. According to Luo Jun, many poor farmers know that the development of silkworms can increase their income, and they all want to grow mulberry and raise silkworms, but they have no money to buy silkworm eggs. When he learned of the situation, he decided that as long as the poor families wanted to grow mulberry and sericulture, he would sign a preferential agreement with them to provide them with silkworm eggs, and the poor families would pay for the cocoons after they sold them. In addition, he also sent free epidemic prevention drugs and chemical fertilizers to poor households, solving the problem of shortage of funds for poor households to grow rich by sericulture.
