Like most of his peers, Xiao Xuanfa worked at home after graduating from junior high school, but he could not earn much money in a year and could not get rid of the poverty that seemed to be rooted in the depths of the mountains. Unwilling, he later went out to work, worked hard several times and lived frugally, which not only accumulated a certain amount of funds, but also broadened his horizons. In 2013, Xiao Xuanfa returned to his hometown, after careful investigation, he found that the climate, soil and water in his hometown are very suitable for raising sheep, and there are many barren mountains, so it is a natural pasture.

After eating and drinking, the sheep came home from the foot of Yunwu Mountain.

As soon as he did it, Xiao Xuanfa planted flue-cured tobacco while raising goats. From that day on, he herded the goats to the foot of Yunwu Mountain every morning and drove them home in the afternoon. Through more than 3 years of exploration and efforts, the flock has expanded from 50 at the beginning to 310 today. According to Xiao Xuanfa, goats raised in the wild grow fast, have good meat quality, and have a high birth rate. more than 100 breeder goats can be sold every year, with an income of more than 30,000 yuan.

Xiao Xuanfa also told the author that after the upgrading of the village-level highway from Xinhe to Yunwu Village, Niuchang Town, Malongjing Village, Niuchang Town, is prepared to further expand the scale and drive more villagers to shake off poverty and become well-off.
