A few days ago, a flagship store of "Longzhi Green" Guangfu Green Food, which focuses on corn deep processing health food, opened in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. The store can deeply process corn into corn noodles dumplings, corn noodles, instant noodles and 40 kinds of Chinese and Western dim sum. Its research and production of corn super-fine flour completely solved the problems of stomach acid and dysphagia caused by long-term consumption of corn as a staple food.

According to reports, the processing technology of corn ultra-fine flour through ultra-fine grinding of whole corn in water for 12 times, the fineness reaches 140 mesh, while the normal flour has only 80 mesh. This technology also leaves the corn seed coat fine in the corn flour, which strengthens the dough and fundamentally solves the problem of insufficient gluten such as making dumplings and making noodles with corn flour.

This project, introduced by the provincial conference, exhibition and tourism federation, can produce 600000 tons of corn flour per year, with an estimated annual output value of 8.57 billion yuan.
