In 2013, Li Yuyang invited experts to test the soil and water quality and demonstrate the climatic conditions in Tanfu Township. The results show that kiwifruit meets the planting conditions, and kiwifruit can "settle down" there. In August 2013, Xinshao Yuhui Agriculture and Forestry Development Co., Ltd. was officially established. Subsequently, the company signed a cooperation agreement with Lenovo Holdings Jiawo Group, a fruit industry chain enterprise, to become a chain enterprise of Jiawo planting base, focusing on building an ecological planting base with "Jinyan kiwifruit" and "Donghong kiwifruit" as the main products.

Since 2013, the company has invested 30 million yuan to contract more than 5000 mu of land in Hehui Village, Shangtan Village, Zhongtan Village, and other places in Tanfu Township. Under the guidance of experts stationed by Lenovo Group, the company has completed land improvement, erection, planting and other work, and built an integrated water and fertilizer automatic irrigation system. At present, more than 2000 mu of kiwifruit are hanging fruit, and a bumper harvest is in sight. It is estimated that the output will reach about 150 tons, with an output value of more than 7 million yuan.

The company adopts the business model of "company + cooperative + peasant household + base", leasing farmers' land and signing a contract for 30 years, with an annual rent of 300 yuan / mu; the labor force of poor households is preferred to be employed by the company. "the land is leased to the company to grow kiwi, and the rent is collected every year. If you work for the company, you can earn more than NT $20,000 a year on your doorstep, that is, you can make money and take care of the family."
