She is a post-85 entrepreneurial young woman Han Juan, in the rough way of growing grapes, her story is always told over and over again.

She lost all her money after the flood in July 2012, and she insisted on dumping all the grapes worth millions of yuan soaked in the flood so as not to flow into the market to affect the health of consumers. When she started again, even though she was heavily in debt, she did not owe local farmers' land rent or workers' wages.

Speaking without adulteration, Hanjuan was rated as the "pacesetter of rural youth entrepreneurship and prosperity in Neijiang City" and "Young Entrepreneurship mentor in Neijiang City". Her honest management also makes her grape business a good story.

Be responsible and conscientious

Manage the vineyard in good faith

On the afternoon of August 3, when the reporter came to Group 7 of Hongba Village, Tianjia Town, Dongxing District, Han Juan was counting the summer black (grape varieties) picked back in the greenhouse. 1.6 meters tall, shoulder-length short hair, thin figure, everywhere reveals her lean and capable. Although she is now the general manager of Zhenguo planting Co., Ltd., Dongxing District, Neijiang City, she speaks softly and eloquently. She has no boss at all and is more like the eldest sister next door.

Behind the hospital dam, the 10-hectare vineyard is all Han Juan's painstaking efforts. She resigned from a high salary in a state-owned enterprise in Chongqing in 2010 and resolutely returned to her hometown to start a business. there is sweat in every corner of the garden. In the six years since she started her business, the vineyard has been flooded twice. In the face of the catastrophe, Han Juan's responsible and conscientious business practices have been spread by word of mouth, which has established a reputation for honesty and trustworthiness for her vineyard.

On July 21, 2012, a torrential rain lasted from 6 pm to 0 am the next day, and the water level of the Xiaoqinglong River continued to rise, spreading to Hanjuan's vineyard. At 3 o'clock the next morning, the water rushed into the vineyard and flooded its knees, and by 6 o'clock in the morning, the vineyard was already a vast ocean.

"at that time, the grapes were ripe, only a few days before the first garden was picked, and when the flood receded on the 23rd, the garden was in a mess, full of garbage, mud and washed-out facilities." Han Juan said that the first time the garden was opened for picking, it was hit by the worst flood in 30 years. Party committees, governments, and League committees at all levels went to the Tian family to learn about the disaster, and many volunteers also took the initiative to help pick grapes in the garden. When everyone put the grapes together to discuss how to sell and make up for the losses, Han Juan firmly did not agree to put these fruits into the market.

"at that time, I had lost all my money and knew that it was impossible for me to rebuild the vineyard, but these grapes had a large number of germs after the flood, and if they entered the market, it would affect the health of consumers, which also broke the signboard of their own honest management." Although volunteers, relatives and friends all advised her to save every penny, she insisted and poured all the grapes, which weighed more than 50 tons and worth more than 1 million yuan, into the fermentation tank and used them as fertilizer for the vineyard.

On July 7, 2014, the low-lying vineyard faced the threat of flooding again due to the flood discharge in the upper reaches of the Xiaoqinglong River. In order not to repeat the same mistake, Han Juan and volunteers rushed to harvest grapes, dozens of tons of grapes filled more than 200 square meters of hospital dam. Subsequently, the volunteers shipped the grapes to Daqian Garden and Dazhou Square for sale at a low price to reduce losses.

That night, Han Juan borrowed a sanitation worker's broom to clean up the sales site one by one. It was one or two o'clock in the morning, and she asked someone to help wash the grape traces on the ground with water. For the remaining nearly 10 tons of grapes that are easy to attract flies and mosquitoes, Han Juan resolutely dumped them.

Give back to the elders in your hometown

Drive the villagers to become rich

In Group 7 of Hongba Village, many villagers were full of praise when they mentioned Han Juan: "this little sister is very diligent. She has contracted the land in the village to build a vineyard. She has not owed us a rent in six years." Even when she was hit by floods and suffered heavy losses, she didn't give us a penny less. "

Han Juan said: "in the 2012 flood, I deeply felt the love and help of the party committee, the government and all sectors of society. Without them, I could not have stood up again and again from the ups and downs and had today's success." To this end, Han Juan decided to set the company's development goal of attaching equal importance to both economic and social benefits, and try to help villagers shake off poverty and become rich as much as possible.

Han Juan's business model and planting techniques have attracted many local entrepreneurs returning to their hometown to "learn from". She offered grape seedlings and introduced her planting experience. Not only that, she also led more than a dozen farmers around who are willing to grow grapes to try to grow grapes, provide them with grape seedlings free of charge, and carry out technical guidance on a regular basis. With her help, more than a dozen farmers have made a lot of gains. She also hired local left-behind women to work in her park and earned thousands of yuan a month.

From the beginning of "fighting alone", to now she has led the surrounding farmers to set up professional cooperatives, driving everyone to get rich together. The local villagers trusted her more and more, and her efforts were recognized.

As an ordinary post-85 entrepreneurial youth, Chaojuan set up the spiritual banner of honesty and trustworthiness with every word and deed. He has won many honors, such as "pacesetter of rural youth entrepreneurship and prosperity in Neijiang City", "Young Entrepreneurship mentor in Neijiang City", "excellent individual in employment and entrepreneurship in the whole city" and so on. She said that it is the duty and obligation of every entrepreneur to operate in good faith and return to society, and she hopes to lead the poor villagers in her hometown to shake off poverty and become rich through her own efforts.
