However, a few years later, the hometown village is still not good, and the villagers are still very poor. Zhai Guosong was particularly upset. He is secretly determined to be the "leading goose" to lead the villagers to become rich, so that everyone can live a good life together.

In 2015, with the support of town leaders and village committees, Zhai Guosong was elected director of the village committee in the expectations of the villagers. In order to make the villagers rich, Zhai Guosong began to inspect income-increasing projects everywhere. After more than 10 trips, Zhai Guosong decided to plant fruit trees on the mountain. In 2015, he invested more than 5 million yuan, bought excavators, built mountain roads, and planted fruit trees on the barren mountains he contracted.

Zhai Guosong's entrepreneurial energy has aroused the enthusiasm of the villagers. Under his leadership, the minds of the villagers are quietly changing. At present, the village has planted more than 1300 mu of black plum, nectarine, soft seed pomegranate and other fruit trees, asparagus, soap thorn and other cash crops, and more than 2000 cattle and sheep.

In order to develop rural areas, we must first improve the construction of infrastructure and provide access to water, electricity and access in the village. To this end, Zhai Guosong went to the county for coordination many times and received strong support from the county and the town. The county highway bureau has helped the village apply for a road construction project and has now begun to build bridges.

At the beginning of this year, Nanwangzhuang Village also set up a mutual fund cooperative. The first batch of "seed funds" of 200000 yuan has been put in place, and members of the mutual fund union can lend 50 to 10000 yuan at a time from the "seed funds" to develop the planting and breeding industry.
