Recently, the author came to Lintang Township, Longnan County Dictyophora indusifolia planting base, saw a umbrella-shaped Dictyophora indusifolia, like a dancing "fairy" wearing a white skirt, villagers are carefully picking them down.

"You've come at the right time. You can see the scene of bamboo shoots breaking open their skirts." Seeing the arrival of the author, He Xingcai, the person in charge of the base, warmly welcomed him. He told the author that from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Dictyophora japonica grew fastest and produced the most bacteria. During this time period, Dictyophora japonica needed employees to pick them in time, because with the increase of temperature, the Dictyophora japonica would shrink back again. "After picking, you have to put the bamboo shoots into the drying room for drying. Only by dehydrating and processing them into dry goods can you extend their shelf life." He Xingcai said.

It is understood that Dictyophora is one of the precious edible fungi, because of its beautiful shape, delicious taste and known as "snow skirt fairy" and "mushroom queen". In 2014, by chance, He Xingcai came into contact with Dictyophora japonica. He found that Dictyophora japonica not only has high nutritional value, high product price, but also has large market demand. If Dictyophora japonica industry can be introduced into Dongheng Village where he is located, it will definitely become a local characteristic rich industry.

He Xingcai is a native of Dongheng Village, Lintang Township, Longnan County. After graduating from university in 2011, he gave up the opportunity to work in a big city and returned to his hometown to become a university student village official, determined to change the backward appearance of his hometown. Dongheng Village has beautiful scenery and rich bamboo resources. For a long time, villagers have not made good use of this resource advantage, the industrial development foundation is weak, and the villagers 'economic income is low. It is He Xingcai's greatest wish to lead villagers to develop industries and help villagers get rid of poverty and become rich.

In 2015, He Xingcai transferred 16 mu of land to try to plant Dictyophora japonica. In order to master the cultivation and management techniques of Dictyophora japonica, he sent technicians to Fujian Dictyophora japonica planting base to study, while self-learning through books and networks, and then repeated practice in the field. Over the past year, he mastered soil improvement, plant protection management, drying and other technologies in production, and cultivated bamboo shoots that were crisp, tender, sweet and delicious, winning the favor of customers. At present, the planting scale of the base has been expanded to 50 mu, with an output value of more than 13,000 yuan per mu. Many merchants have come to order one after another.

"I have lumbar disc herniation and can't do hard work. Now I pick bamboo shoots here every morning and do my own farm work in the afternoon. I can earn more than 1000 yuan a month. This job is too suitable for me." Zheng Cai 'e, a poor household, said happily to the author. The author learned that cultivation and picking of Dictyophora indusifolia requires a large amount of labor force. At present, the base has employed more than 30 rural women, including 8 poor households, with an income of more than 1000 yuan per month.

"As a party member and university student village official, it is my duty to take the lead in developing the industry and leading the villagers to get rid of poverty and become rich. I plan to establish a Dictyophora indusifolia farmers 'cooperative, combine it with the surrounding leisure tourism projects, and further expand the scale of Dictyophora indusifolia industry, so that more villagers can embark on the road to prosperity." He Xingcai said.
