In rural farms, fecal disposal is a big problem. If the faeces are not handled properly, the surrounding area is often stinky, affecting the production and life of nearby residents. In Liu Keyun's farm in Sihe Village, Gaoling Town, Miyun District, she does not have to worry about fecal disposal. Through the use of circular farming economy, the feces that were once difficult to deal with have become a treasure here.

When I first saw Liu Keyun, she just came out of the vegetable greenhouse. After the heat took off her hat, the reporter noticed that she had obvious white hair on her head in her early 50s. Over the past 20 years, she has made a lot of efforts for the nearly a thousand pigs raised in her family. In 1996, Liu Keyun began to raise pigs as a career. Because the farm is close to the village road, the manure is piled on the side of the road. "there are a lot of farmers in the village. Anyone who uses manure as fertilizer will come here to push a little, and some will sell it to some tourists." Liu Keyun said that at first, she did not care about the disposal of feces, but every summer, mosquitoes and flies attracted by feces brought her a lot of trouble. "sometimes it is not handled in time, and the stench fumes the villagers nearby. Almost every summer, I buy a lot of mosquito and fly repellent and toilet water for everyone. " Liu Keyun said that she pondered for a long time how to drive away the symptoms but not the root cause of the problem of fecal accumulation.

With the continuous improvement of the infrastructure of the village and the continuous improvement of the environmental level of the village, it has become Liu Keyun's main task to solve the problem of faeces produced by breeding as soon as possible. Watching the prosperity of the organic fruit and vegetable industry in various reports, Liu Keyun wondered whether he could join the planting industry. Manure, as a natural organic fertilizer, has not only been used, but also expanded the scale and increased income. In 2011, Liu Keyun established the Lufeng Ecological planting Cooperative, built a vegetable greenhouse and planted zucchini, tomatoes and other vegetables. The manure produced by culture is fermented into nutrient fertilizer for vegetables, and some residual vegetables can also be used as feed for culture. In this way, not only the annual fertilizer and part of the feed money of more than 20,000 yuan have been saved, but also the surrounding environment has been greatly improved.

Through the use of circular farming economy, once difficult to deal with feces, here in Liu Keyun has become a treasure. The environment of the village has improved a lot, and more than 20 villagers have found jobs in the cooperative. This year, the vegetables grown by the cooperative have been approved as organic vegetables, and more than 10 kinds of fruits and vegetables, such as grapes, eggplant and celery, have been added. The planting scale has also expanded to 23 greenhouses, with more than 20 mu of land, each with an income of about 15000 yuan. The number of members has also increased from 5 households to 150 households. Liu Keyun saw that the scale of the cooperative was constantly expanding, and the surrounding environment was constantly improving and full of motivation. "next, we will focus on developing high-quality organic vegetables to let more people know the Lufeng brand of Sihe Village." Liu Keyun said.
