On August 9, the parents of Wang Yong, a big quail farmer in Chuohor Township, Chabchal Xibe Autonomous County, were collecting quail eggs.
In 2005, 26-year-old Wang Yong found that quail breeding in the Yili River Valley was still blank, so he raised funds in many ways and introduced 7000 seedlings, which produced benefits that year. Last year, he invested another 700000 yuan to build three factories of about 700square meters. At present, Wang Yong's 60, 000 quails lay more than 200 kilograms of eggs a day and are sold to Yining, Kuitun, Dushanzi, Urumqi and Horgos with an annual income of 300000 yuan.
