* Crispy fried milk *

1, 250g milk, 30g corn starch, 25g white sugar (can be adjusted according to taste), a little condensed milk (without). Stir well and add to pan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.

2. Find a rectangular container and apply a layer of oil. Pour in the cream, cool and refrigerate for an hour to solidify into a cream cake. (The milk cake after cooling and solidification is very smooth, with a little Q bounce. The picture below shows the appearance before cooling)

3. Cut the milk cake into strips and roll a circle of low-gluten flour. (My version adds a layer of egg and a roll of bread crumbs, or omits the egg and bread crumbs.)

4. After the oil pan is 60%, turn to low heat, add milk cake strips and fry until golden yellow.

After cooling and solidifying in Step 2 above, cut the milk cake into pieces and roll a circle of coconut.
