My name is Lin Jiazhi. I am a cadre of the "visiting Huiju" working group in Tograk Township. Grass-roots life is hard. I can only go home once every two weeks. the rest of the time I am busy with all kinds of complicated but fulfilling things in the village. Today I am going to the pumpkin field of Alimu, a resident of the village of Ajemari. Alim's pumpkins are now in harvest. He is busy in his pumpkin fields all day. I intend to find out about the sales situation and see what I can do to help. As soon as I got to the ground, I saw Zhao Guogang, secretary of the village party branch, discussing sales with Alimu. Zhao Guogang said to me: in recent years, we have also formed a set of methods to help growers find a market: first, we have contacted restaurants with long-term cooperation for long-term supply; second, we can use the Internet and new media for sales; and third, cadres in the township have joined forces to publicize and find a market.

Looking at the golden pumpkin harvest, Alimu's face was filled with joy. Ali Mu, 50 years old this year, is a native farmer here. There are five people in the family. The family's income mainly depends on planting their own 30 mu of land. In the past, they could only grow traditional crops of corn and wheat, earning less than 10,000 yuan a year through hard work. In recent years, with the encouragement and support of the village committee, the trial planting of pumpkins has gradually developed from 3 mu to 30 mu. According to this year's output, the net income per mu is 2000 yuan, plus the special planting subsidy per mu, the net income can reach more than 70, 000 yuan.

The yellow and chubby pumpkins have matured one after another, emitting attractive beauty. The village is mainly pumpkin cultivation, the main feature is green and organic, no application of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, complete use of farm organic fertilizer, sweeter than ordinary pumpkins, taste better, showing a trend that demand exceeds supply.

According to Mayila, the township agricultural technical service center, Tograk farmers have been growing pumpkins for 30 years. In the past, they were scattered and could not form a scale. Through the development of "one village, one product", the township actively encouraged and supported farmers to expand their pumpkin planting area, which has reached 875 mu. Now it is either the planting mode of two harvests a year, or the mode of developing optimized industrial cultivation of pumpkins and raspberries. Every year, the township repeats 1027 mu of all kinds of open-field vegetables and 2600 mu of silage corn, and develops 2000 mu of optimized structural features such as pumpkins and raspberries. Mayala's face is full of pride. She also said that the technology of drip irrigation under plastic film has been used to increase the yield year by year.

What I have felt most deeply since I lived in the village is the characteristic planting and cultivation industry here. Large-scale cultivation of raspberries, pumpkins, watermelons, characteristic breeding of beef cattle and sheep, chickens, geese and so on. As the villagers need more and more knowledge about planting and breeding, the township organizes technical training regularly, and implements a more flexible agricultural technician's system of connecting households in the village, improving the service in time, and implementing that every agricultural technician has a range of village services. provide technical services such as film mulching, grafting, pest control, scientific breeding and other technical services, no matter what problems you encounter, ask our agricultural technicians, the problem will be readily solved.

Having been in the office for many years, I really broadened my horizons this year when I came to the countryside. by walking into the village and going to the fields, I really realized that I could not get rich without the good policies of the Party, and could not do without the rural cadres who had been busy in the fields all the year round. Township head Zhu Yadong told me that in the past, Tuoglak Township had a single agricultural planting, mainly corn and wheat, a single industrial structure, and farmers and herdsmen had the desire to shake off poverty and become rich, but they did not grasp it when it was put into practice. In recent years, under the guidance of the new concept of governing Xinjiang, after the formation of the concept of poverty alleviation aimed at increasing the income of farmers and herdsmen, the green development concept of the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries has also been stable, and the village has accelerated the adjustment of agricultural structure. based on local resources and technological advantages, develop high-quality and efficient agriculture and animal husbandry, and constantly broaden the channels for farmers to increase income and become rich. The industrial pattern of "one village, one product" for fattening cattle and sheep in Shangtuoglak village, the fur trading market for live livestock in Tuoglak village, pumpkin raspberry planting in Agimari village, watermelon cultivation and goose raising and deep processing in Kariyeer village has been gradually established, and the advantageous characteristic agriculture will be enlarged and strengthened. The per capita net income of rural farmers and herdsmen increased from 7098 yuan in 2011 to 13050 yuan in 2016, with an average annual increase of 16.8 percent.

The changes in these data are exciting.
