Over the past few years, Tsai Yu, who has received help from the Provincial disabled Persons' Federation and the Provincial disabled Persons' Foundation, is happy and grateful. he often teaches his children to "never forget to dig wells, and to be grateful and dedicated."

He is physically disabled, but he does not yield to fate. Five years ago, he dabbled in raising pigs. Despite setbacks, with the help of the Hainan Provincial disabled Foundation, his pig industry is gradually taking shape. After he became rich, he "never forgot to dig wells when drinking water." he repaid society with actions and helped a group of disabled friends to achieve employment. On the morning of August 15, while wiping the beads of sweat from his forehead, Cai Yule told his entrepreneurial story.

Disabled in childhood, did a variety of jobs, and finally raised pigs to start a business.

The 32-year-old Cai Yulejia lives in Yangting East Village, Longquan Town, Haikou, and is a third-class disabled person. When he was young, the bone joint of the right leg was broken and deformed, and it became a disability of the right leg due to lack of timely treatment. Because of his disability in his right leg, Tsai Yu-le was always laughed at by his classmates at school. He was once self-abased and depressed, and his family was poor. At the age of 16, Tsai Yu-le chose to drop out of school and go out to work before he finished his first year of junior high school. After dropping out of school, Tsai Yu-le walked out of the house and began to look for a job. He wanted to prove with both hands that he was no different from an able-bodied person.

After entering society, Tsai Yu was happy to drive the "motorcycle" and pull the water. Later, on the recommendation of the local disabled Persons' Federation, Tsai Yu-le worked in a pharmaceutical factory. "working in a pharmaceutical company costs about 1000 yuan a month. At that time, I just got married, the baby was about to be born, and my life was so stressful that my salary was simply not enough. I also tried to change to a higher-paying job, but because of the inconvenience of my legs, many companies don't want to use me. " Cai Yule said. At that time, he came up with the idea of starting a business and partnered with several friends to start a brick factory. Because there was no market research in advance, the bricks produced by the brick factory could not be sold, and they lost tens of thousands of yuan.

After learning from the bitter experience, Tsai Yule decided to raise pigs and start a business in 2011. "at first, he had no experience and dared not raise too many pigs. He only raised 10 pigs. With the lessons of previous failures, I pay more attention to learning technology and doing market research. Fortunately, this batch of pigs sold at a good price, which strengthened my determination to continue to develop in the breeding industry. " As a result, Cai Yule boldly borrowed money from relatives and built three pig pens to try to expand farming. At the same time, he also tried to raise a batch of young chickens. Since then, Cai Yule and his wife have devoted themselves to the pigsty, getting up at more than 5 o'clock every morning and working, usually not resting until 10:00 in the evening. Although he has a disability in his right leg, apart from the fact that he does not walk smoothly, Tsai Yule walks at a speed similar to that of an able-bodied person and works very quickly. He laughs that he is no different from an able-bodied person.

The Provincial Foundation for the disabled supports 100000 yuan in entrepreneurial funds and gives a loving return to support the employment of the disabled.

In a mountainous area one kilometer away from the Hanxiang Village Committee of Longquan Town, Haikou City, a piece of overgrown sloping land has been reclaimed to build a pigsty, in which there are more than 300 pigs. On the morning of August 15, Cai Yule was taking six disabled employees to clean the pigsty and prepare to feed the pigs. I'm so busy. "the Hainan Provincial Foundation for the disabled gave me 100000 yuan in start-up capital. Now the pigsty has expanded, the number of pigs has also increased, and the workload has increased a lot. We all have physical disabilities, so it is more laborious to do the work, so everyone gets up early in the morning and is busy." Cai Yule said while wiping the beads of sweat on his forehead.

In fact, there have been many setbacks in the process of starting a business. When Weimasun swept through Hainan in 2014, Tsai Yule's pig shed was also overturned, and more than half of his young chickens were lost, but this did not dampen Cai Yule's entrepreneurial enthusiasm. His entrepreneurial enthusiasm and self-improvement spirit have been supported by the Hainan Provincial Foundation for the disabled and the government of Longquan Town. In early 2016, after learning about the situation, the Provincial disabled Persons' Foundation gave Cai Yule 100000 yuan in entrepreneurial support funds.

With start-up support funds, Tsai Yule decided to expand the scale of breeding, and the government of Longquan Town also provided assistance in applying for the expansion of farms and the purchase of pig fry. Today, Cai Yule's pigsty has expanded to more than 2000 square meters, raising more than 300 pigs. After the scale of farming was expanded, Cai Yule bought a truck, and his pig industry gradually increased.

After he got rid of poverty and became rich, the only thing that Tsai Yule could not let go was some disabled people who were not disabled. So in order to lead other disabled people out of poverty and become rich, he recruited six disabled people to work. "the existing six disabled workers in pig farms pay them more than 1000 yuan a month. Although their income is not very high, it can also reduce their burden of living. I am also disabled. I know the difficulties of employment for disabled people, and I will try my best to help them. "

To expand the scale of farming and devote itself to helping the disabled

Over the past few years, Tsai Yu, who has received help from the Provincial disabled Persons' Federation and the Provincial disabled Persons' Foundation, is happy and grateful. he often teaches his children to "never forget to dig wells, and to be grateful and dedicated."

Under the guidance of Tsai Yule, a few days ago, with the encouragement of her father, Cai Yule's 11-year-old daughter wrote a thank-you letter to Fu Yong, secretary of the party group and director of the Hainan disabled Persons' Federation and director of the Provincial disabled Persons' Foundation, expressing her gratitude and saying that she would also do her best to help those in need in the future.

Speaking of the future, Tsai Yu-Le wants to continue to expand the scale of farming and allow more disabled people to come here to work. At the same time, he also hopes to use his ability and technology to help the local poor and disabled develop pig farming and become rich together. Cai Yuchuan said that he also plans to subsidize poor disabled college students to study. He believes that the spirit of continuous self-improvement and diligent study of poor disabled college students can infect and drive more disabled people to strive for progress.
