Recently, the General Administration announced eight batches of substandard food, mainly involving 544 batches of vegetable products, sugar, soy products, dairy products, canned foods, frozen drinks, eggs and egg products. Through the sampling inspection of the State Administration of Food and Drug Administration, it was found that there were 536 batches of qualified samples and 8 batches of unqualified samples.

Overall, there were 56 batches of vegetable products, 3 batches of unqualified samples, accounting for 5.4%; 41 batches of sugar, 1 batch of substandard samples, accounting for 2.4%; 121 batches of bean products, 4 batches of unqualified samples, accounting for 3.3%.

Among them, 129 batches of dairy products, 80 batches of canned food, 57 batches of frozen drinks, 60 batches of eggs and egg products, no unqualified samples were detected.

What are the unqualified products?

There are 3 stores sold in Tmall (website) Mall:

1. The label of Ikea Food franchise is orchid radish (pickled dehydrated vegetables) produced by Yueyang Tianyi Industrial Co., Ltd.

Reasons for failure: the detected value of benzoic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of benzoic acid) is 3.5g/kg, which is 2.5 times higher than that stipulated in the standard (not exceeding 1.0g/kg); the detected value of sorbic acid and its potassium salt (in terms of sorbic acid) is 1.6g/kg, which is 60% higher than that stipulated in the standard (no more than 1.0g/kg).

two。 The label of the imperial concubine's flagship store is a batch of secondary sauce Sweet Garlic (salted vegetables) and a batch of secondary root strips produced by Dalian Jinghe Food Co., Ltd.

Unqualified reasons: the detected values of saccharin sodium (calculated by saccharin) were 0.20g/kg and 0.33g/kg respectively. It is 33.3% and 1.2 times higher than the standard (not exceeding 0.15g/kg), respectively.

3. The label of Luxiangyuan food flagship store is vegetarian cod produced by Liancheng Xiangyuan Food Technology Co., Ltd.

Unqualified reason: the detected value of sodium cyclohexyl aminosulfonate (sodium cyclamate) is 0.091g/kg. The standard stipulates that it shall not be used.

One is sold on Taobao (website).

The label of Aishang Gourmet Bar 520 is Pingjiang dried beans produced by Changjiang Lianxin Food Co., Ltd.

Cause of failure: the detected value of dehydroacetic acid is 0.166g/kg, and the standard stipulates that it can not be used.

One is sold in the No. 1 store (website).

Jinliang food franchise store is labeled as white granulated sugar sub-packed by Lingyuan Sanxing Food Factory in Jinjiang City.

Cause of failure: the detected value of color value is 164IU, which is 9.3% higher than that stipulated in the standard (no more than 150IU).

One is sold in offline shopping malls.

It is the bean curd and silk bean curd produced by Shanghai Xuyang Green Food Co., Ltd., which is sold in Shanghai Pudong Shopping Mall.

The reasons for the disqualification of coliform group were as follows: the results of 5 times of coliform group test were 490, 7300, 5800, 1300330 CFU, and 770, < 10, 470, < 10CFU/g, respectively. The results of 5 times of non-compliance with the standard were all less than that of 1000CFU/g, and at least 3 times of test results were less than the requirements of 100CFU/g.

The investigation and handling of the situation shall be reported to the State Food and Drug Administration and announced to the public before September 30, 2016.
