In 1987, Zhang Deming was born into a peasant family in Gushu Village, Fangshui Township. After graduating from junior high school, he went to work in Shanghai, Shaanxi, Heilongjiang and other places successively.

Like many people who work hard outside, Zhang Deming has an entrepreneurial dream in his heart. After spending the night penniless on the subway, failing in business and starting all over again, he found the first bucket of gold in his life through hard work. At the moment, he did not anticipate that a bigger challenge was coming.

In 2013, through training and study, Zhang Deming realized that modern leisure agriculture is a vibrant new industry after visiting the current situation of agricultural development in advanced coastal areas. The traditional farming methods of our parents have been unable to adapt to the modern way of life, and agriculture needs to take the road of modernization and large-scale management.

After that, through in-depth investigation and multi-investigation, Zhang Deming found that Jiangyou leisure agriculture started early, developed rapidly, had a good foundation, had broad market prospects, and had great room for improvement. In March 2014, with the strong support of the local government and the encouragement of relatives and friends, Zhang Deming established Jiangyou Qinglang Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in rural tourism, tourism and leisure business.

In order to run the company well, Zhang Deming invested more than 5.5 million yuan, rented more than 220 mu of idle land for local farmers, and planted more than 80 mu of grapes, 60 mu of peaches, 40 mu of loquat and strawberries. At the same time, in order to cooperate with tourism development, Zhang Deming also built a new tourist reception center covering an area of more than 40 acres and supporting facilities such as leisure and entertainment.

The agricultural industry has a large investment and slow results. Under huge financial pressure and skeptical eyes, Zhang Deming moved his "family" to the farm. He gets up after 4 o'clock every morning to "patrol" more than 200 mu of contracted land to check the growth of the fruit and the situation of diseases and insect pests. In addition to paying attention to the growth of fruit, Zhang Deming stayed at the construction site all day, buying materials, ensuring quality and speeding up progress. He soon became so black and thin that even the construction workers could not help saying, "I have never seen such a serious boss."

It is with this spirit of "desperate Saburo" that Zhang Deming completed the first phase of Qinglang ahead of schedule, allowing the farm to open for business at a time of bumper fruit harvest. While delving into fruit cultivation, Zhang Deming modestly learned from the surrounding farmers with better benefits, constantly improving the level of management and expanding the influence of the farm.
