"Chen Shaoping gave special care to us poor families. at first, he sent some small turtle seedlings, but later he saw that the small turtle seedlings had been cultured for too long, so he gave them one and a half jin of big turtle seedlings so that they could be sold for a year." Chen Chaohua said that with the breeding of yellow sand turtles, he has not only bought a car, but also built a five-story building, successfully "counterattacking" from a poor household to a well-off family.

"Liulong Village has been raising yellow sand soft-shelled turtles since the 1980s, but due to the lack of advanced breeding technology, villagers often work hard for several years to earn little money." Chen Shaoping said.

In 2007, after he mastered a set of scientific breeding techniques, he invested 1.5 million yuan to build the first standard yellow sand soft-shelled turtle breeding demonstration farm in Liulong Village, opening the large-scale breeding of yellow sand soft-shelled turtle. In order to form industrialization, Chen Shaoping adopted the method of "please come in and send it out." he invited experts from Guangdong Ocean University to give guidance and sent technicians to various yellow sand soft-shelled turtle breeding bases to visit and study. By constantly summing up the breeding experience, we have accumulated and improved a set of mature and feasible technical schemes from turtle seedling breeding, adult turtle breeding to marketing. After several years of efforts, the company developed rapidly and soon absorbed more than 150 farmers to join the cooperative, providing more than 500 jobs for the villagers.

Chen Shaoping said: every year, he also distributes yellow sand soft-shelled turtles free of charge to more than 100 families with disabilities, and carries out free training in breeding techniques, providing feed, fish medicine, and so on, as well as price insurance and recycling. now each family with disabilities has an average annual income of more than 4000 yuan.

At the Fumian District CPPCC meeting in 2013, Chen Shaoping submitted a "proposal on promoting the construction of" beautiful villages "to the district CPPCC.
