In April 2012, he Zhonghai invested tens of millions of yuan to establish Guangxi Jianbao Dendrobium Company. In order to accelerate the development of Dendrobium candidum, he Zhonghai set up three wild Dendrobium tissue culture factories with a total area of more than 33000 square meters and a seedling training farm with an area of 20 hectares. Dudan Mountain No. 1 and No. 2 were successfully cultivated, which not only retained all the chemical and medicinal components of the wild species, but also ensured the successful cultivation of dense plants. After domestication, the seedling root system is more developed, the rising trend is more luxuriant, the annual yield of fresh strips per mu is more than 300 kg, and the output value per mu can reach more than 200,000 yuan. In November 2013, he Zhonghai won the National Dendrobium provenance Conservation contribution Award, and Rong County was awarded the title of "hometown of Dendrobium candidum in China", all of which are closely related to he Zhonghai's efforts.

In order to drive more villagers to plant Dendrobium candidum, he Zhonghai is committed to implementing the "four-in-one" operation mode of "company + base + cooperative + peasant household". At present, the number of cooperative members has expanded to 5780. In 2015, the cooperative produced more than 60, 000 kilograms of fresh Dendrobium candidum, with a total output value of 520 million yuan, with an average of 90, 000 yuan per house. the products are exported to the north, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Zhejiang, Hong Kong and other places.
