Zhong Huan readily agreed every time she asked for leave, never asking "what to do", let alone being embarrassed. Between the words, Zhang Liuying was full of gratitude to Zhong Huan.

In 2009, Zhong Huan started her current pig farm with the support of her family. At the beginning, due to the lack of technology, capital, talent and other aspects of support, coupled with pork prices in recent years are on a "roller coaster", anti-risk ability is weak, difficult, once not favored.

After the development in recent years, the pig farm has developed from several tile houses and dozens of pigs to a modern large pig farm with a stock of nearly 5000 and an annual output of more than 8000. Talking about the next step of development, Zhong Huan told me that in response to the government's call, he planned to apply for microcredit funds from 200 poor households to further expand the scale of the farm. At present, the expansion project of the farm has begun, and it is planned to add 400 sows and strive to produce 20000 sows a year. At the same time, in order to facilitate farmers, especially poor families, to develop pig farming, we are prepared to reopen a feed store on Guiling Street to continue to provide credit feed for poor households who are temporarily unable to buy feed but want to develop pig farming, and pay for feed after the pigs are out of the pen. The feed store has now entered the stage of decoration.

At present, Zhonghuan's pig farm has attracted nine poor families to work, and for poor families who are willing to learn pig-raising skills and have the ability to work, they can combine shareholding dividends with working and studying in pig farms. In addition to getting a fixed dividend of 10% a year, you can also get a monthly labor reward of 1800 yuan through labor, while learning breeding techniques. After the success of the technology, the industry can be developed through the establishment of cooperatives or independent farming at home, and finally achieve the function of self-"hematopoiesis".

A man is not rich when he is rich, but only when everyone is rich. Zhong Huan, who became rich, did not forget the villagers. With his help and support, a large number of farmers in Guiling Town embarked on the road to prosperity through the development of pig farming.
