Yunnan Tourism Development Commission helps Honghe Tasa Village plant "Golden Seeds" for Tourism to become Rich

Aiming at the goal of getting rid of poverty and becoming rich in Honghe County, Yunnan Tourism Development Commission has positioned the industrial development pattern of "tourism plus".

Taza Village, Jiayin Town, Honghe County, Honghe Prefecture, is rich in tourism resources, and the cultural and natural landscapes such as Hani long Street Banquet, Mushroom House, Twelve Dragon Spring and Cherry Blossom terraced fields are intact, which is the key area for the development of tourism industry in Honghe County. Since the Yunnan Provincial Tourism Development Committee has been linked to helping the village in August 2015, according to the local industrial development plan and aiming at the goal of getting rid of poverty and becoming rich, the Yunnan Tourism Development Committee has carefully analyzed and judged the endowment conditions of local resources, and positioned the industrial development pattern of "tourism +" from the aspects of tourism factors, market supply, demand prediction, development prospects and so on.

In more than 300 visits and 20 batches of research, the Yunnan Tourism Development Committee identified the poverty festival in the village and gave full play to its strengths in tourism planning. on the basis of coordinating the special evaluation of the planning of the Samaba scenic spot in Honghe County and the Dongmen Ma Bang ancient town by well-known experts in the province, the planning fee of more than 300,000 yuan was allocated. Compiled and reviewed and passed the "Green Tree Lattice terraced Scenic spot Tourism Master Plan" and "Tasha Tourism Village Construction detailed Plan" in Tasa Village, Jiayin Town. The rural tourism layout of "one core, three districts, four rings, one line and many nodes" in this area not only plans the future development blueprint of the village from a high starting point, but also locates the way for villagers to participate in tourism development. For example, in the detailed construction regulations, the forms of street construction and the transformation of private houses directly provide a reference template for farmers to participate in the construction of folk inns.

At the same time, in order to improve the appreciation of the tour, the Yunnan Tourism Development Commission also organized experts from Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, Kunming College and Yunnan Vocational College of Tourism to go to Honghe County to study the integrated development of world cultural heritage Hani terraces, national intangible cultural heritage Hani multi-vocal parts, music and dance, local unique caravan culture, chieftain culture, Yiche customs and other advantageous cultural resources and tourism.

In addition, in view of the lack of support for tourism talents, the Yunnan Provincial Tourism Development Commission has allocated 300000 yuan for short-term education and training of tourism talents. Yunnan Tourism Vocational College has put forward a long-term support policy for reducing or waiving tuition fees for poor students. The Provincial Tourism Development Commission has also reformed the traditional ideas and methods of poverty alleviation, turning flood irrigation into precision drip irrigation. In view of the difficulties in selling special agricultural products in Honghe County, 300 agricultural special products produced by local farmers, such as red rice, kudzu powder, chicken (duck) eggs, were purchased by ordering trade union condolences, and special personnel were arranged to guide farmers in commodity processing, production, packaging, and sales. It directly helps farmers sort out the core keys and matters needing attention in the process of tourism commodity production, and further strengthens the basic driving force for the self-development of poor farmers. At the same time, for the real difficulties of poor farmers, they sent consolation money of more than 40,000 yuan and 906 pieces of clothing and bedding to poor households; donated 910 books and sports supplies to Tasa Central Primary School; donated 185 sets of desks and chairs to Green Tree Primary School in Jiayin Town and Chaoyang Primary School in Baohua Town; and launched tourism enterprises to donate more than 50,000 yuan to Tasa Village in Jiayin for the construction of drinking water projects for people and livestock.

The 2015 National observation report on Poverty Alleviation by Rural Tourism shows that rural tourism is becoming the main channel for farmers' employment, an important growth point for increasing farmers' income, and an important force for rural poverty alleviation. In order to consolidate the foundation for development, the Yunnan Tourism Development Commission seized the opportunity of the implementation of the three-year action plan for the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry in Yunnan Province, actively coordinated the allocation of tourism project funds, and listed Tasa Village in Jiayin Town as a tourism village. Zuofu Village in Jiayin Town, Tasazhai Village, Green Shuge Village and Longma Village in Baohua Town are listed as tourism characteristic villages, and Green Tree Village is included in the provincial demonstration village project, each project involves a total of more than 8 million yuan. Make every effort to strengthen the construction of tourism infrastructure, build two ecological parking lots and eight star toilets on the tourism ring line of Jiayin Town and Baohua Town, involving a total of 8.8 million yuan, and other projects and funds are also in the process of coordination. By actively promoting the foundation of the project, efforts have been made to lay a solid foundation for the development of tourism.
