The spirit of craftsmen is first of all a kind of inheritance. For example, we should fear nature and protect the environment. The spirit of craftsmen also respects the wisdom of traditional agriculture. People use broken rice to make a kind of liquor, which tastes good, but there are not many such products for sale in the market. The most fundamental purpose of carrying forward the "craftsman spirit" is to guide farmers to produce good products to meet the structural needs of social consumption, so that producers can lead a better life, and then improve the quality and competitiveness of agriculture as a whole. However, at present, the "craftsman spirit" called by the society is more directed to individuals, that is, "craftsmen" or "craftsmen and farmers" elaborate and strive for perfection of their own products. But looking at the world, the competitiveness of agriculture, and even the value of agricultural producers can not be achieved by which breeder or which farmer can work alone.

In the traditional countryside, the era when an old master with several apprentices honed their skills and had something to eat by word of mouth is over. When facing a broader market, farmers need to rely more on an organizational model.

Of course, to carry forward the "craftsman spirit" in the field of agriculture also needs the care of the whole society. Farmers with "ingenuity" to provide consumers with good agricultural products, corresponding to the whole society should give enough respect to the work of farmers.
