The essence of enabling farmers to obtain industrial value-added income is the win-win situation of different stakeholders. It is necessary to establish an effective interest connection model and strengthen relevant policy support.

In a poor township in Yunnan, villagers have lived in the mountains for generations and have little communication with the outside world. In addition, the land is broken, the crop yield is not high, life is very hard, and many young people are unable to marry wives. Because there are many tea trees in the village, in order to change the dilemma of "keeping the baby living in poverty", the local government has targeted tea processing and introduced processing enterprises, but the relationship between enterprises and farmers only stays between you and I sell. When the market is bad, farmers' income is also low, and the effect of stable income increase is not very satisfactory.

It is also hoped that farmers will become rich through the development of agricultural product processing. In a major wheat production county in the north, leading enterprises have signed order contracts with farmers, and wheat of up-to-standard quality has been purchased at about 10% higher than the market price, which not only solves the difficulty for farmers to sell grain, but also enables the realization of high quality and high price.

To do a good job in the work of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", the unavoidable topic is how to increase farmers' income. Nowadays, the flow of resource elements between urban and rural areas is accelerated, and the development of agricultural industry ushered in opportunities. Many places have made great efforts to introduce leading enterprises and cultivate new business entities, hoping to enhance industrial value-added efficiency and increase farmers' income by expanding the scale of operation and extending the industrial chain. However, there is always a certain gap between the beautiful blueprint and the reality. During interviews in some rural areas, the author found that the interests of many enterprises or cooperatives are not closely linked with the interests of farmers. The industry has become larger and the income has increased, but there is no benefit to farmers. To a certain extent, the high-end value-added of the agricultural industry chain does not bring more benefits to the low-end farmers.

There are many reasons for this situation. From the perspective of new business entities, at present, many agricultural products processing enterprises are still small in scale and have not yet got rid of the family small workshop production and management model; the level of technology and equipment is poor, the processing level is still in the primary stage, and the profitability is still very limited; the industrial processing chain is relatively short, enterprise management can not form a cluster effect, and the driving force for farmers is not strong. From the perspective of farmers, most of them may still be satisfied with selling agricultural products as soon as possible, selling them at a good price, and lack the awareness and motivation to participate in a higher level of the industrial chain.

To enable farmers to share value-added benefits, it is necessary to strengthen the leading role of a new type of agricultural operators dominated by leading enterprises. It should be noted that many enterprises lack subjective motivation to increase farmers' income, and even regard it as a loss-making business. In fact, as two important links in the industrial chain, agricultural enterprises and farmers are a natural community of interests. without farmers providing stable quality raw materials and careful production management and protection, enterprises want to obtain value-added profits have become passive water. Therefore, on the one hand, it is necessary to establish an effective interest connection model to provide institutional guarantee for farmers to share the value-added benefits of the industry. On the other hand, it is also necessary to strengthen policy support for new business entities and link it with the efforts of enterprises to drive farmers, so that enterprises that are willing to support agriculture and help agriculture can get more benefits.

To share the value-added benefits of the industry, we should also respect the dominant position of farmers and give full play to their creativity. Nowadays, many capable farmers have also devoted themselves to the spring tide of agricultural scale and industrial management, exploring various interest connection models such as land trusteeship and shareholding, so as to drive farmers to increase their income. They have closer emotional ties with rural areas and farmers, and they are also willing to become leaders of farmers in getting rich. In the future, we should increase the training of these new farmers and stimulate their leading role.

In order to achieve farmers' sharing of value-added benefits, it should also be placed in the macro pattern of promoting agricultural supply-side structural reform. Finding industries with higher efficiency is the key to solving the problem. Should be market-oriented, based on their own characteristics, so that effective supply and demand to achieve accurate docking. When the benefit of the industry is good, the increase of income in each link of the chain can be guaranteed.

In short, if China wants to be rich, farmers must be rich. At present, household operating income still occupies an important position in the composition of farmers' income, so it is necessary to innovate the mode of value-added income sharing, so that farmers can enjoy the results of industrial value-added and live a good life with full pockets.
