Thoughts on the Development of Leisure Farm of a Farmer

First, the farm must develop with the integration of agriculture and tourism.

For example, we have a rice-themed leisure farm here, which used to be a demonstration and planting base for rice production, but after the transformation to leisure agriculture, it has formed a multi-functional industrial complex of tourism, leisure, residential accommodation, and the processing and sale of agricultural products. I think a good leisure farm should be a classic creative industry, although it is only a grain of rice, a flower and a fruit to become an industry legend and become a regional singles champion. Leisure agriculture should focus on and lead a product, an enterprise and a theme, use companies and farmers, base processing plants, refine, fine, serialize and lengthen the industrial chain.

III. Farms should strive for state support policies

In recent years, there are more and more policies to support and support leisure agriculture, the pace of land reform is getting closer and closer, and the relevant policies on land transfer are gradually introduced and improved. Leisure farms should be based on the countryside, so that the trees are lush, birds sing and flowers smell, all kinds of native species and native ecosystems are well protected, the emissions from life and production are well handled, and white garbage should be rarely seen in remote places. the agricultural production of the farm adopts ecological, green and organic production, and in a leisure farm with distinctive themes and features, it should be an ecosystem of insects singing, breeze and bright moon. Ecological, green and organic food should be the biggest selling point of the farm, while the beautiful scenery is the second.

The production, life and ecology of leisure agriculture is the development of the "three health" industry, so it should also be the strict protection of the environment; safeguarding environmental protection and ecological protection is not only the duty of the farm, but also the conscious action of the whole people and the whole society. Leisure farms should be good at making use of and amplifying these advantages, focusing on green, organic and original ecological brands to expand publicity, improve competitive strength and achieve good economic benefits.

5. Farms should have warm humanistic services based on people.
