This point has been seen at the national level. Document No.1 of the Central Committee supports leisure agriculture this year. In September, relevant ministries and commissions jointly issued specific guidance on vigorously developing leisure agriculture.

So how far is leisure agriculture from pillar industries? Can leisure agriculture emerge as a new force and develop into a new pillar industry?

Judging from the figures alone, this goal is not far away. The preliminary standard of official guidance is that by 2020, the number of receptions will reach 3.3 billion and the operating revenue will exceed 700 billion yuan.

Why do you emphasize the role of capital so much? Two reasons.

First, leisure agriculture directed at the scale and magnitude of pillar industries requires capital strength.

Second, leisure agriculture of pillar industry magnitude needs capital vision and organizational operation ability.

At present, the familiar types of leisure agriculture in the market are mainly concentrated in small households such as farmhouse, farmhouse, farmhouse farm, picking garden and fishing garden. To expand to pillar industries, product supply types must be enriched and upgraded.

In the fields of leisure vacation, tourism, health care for the aged, creative agriculture, farming experience, traditional rural handicrafts, etc., the product lines that can be developed are rich in different learning: leisure farms, rural hotels, characteristic residential accommodation, self-driving RV camps, characteristic outdoor sports bases, photography bases, characteristic towns, even agricultural theme parks under exploration, agricultural carnivals, etc., all of which are due to the meaning of the title.

These colorful new leisure agricultural product lines should be scaled up and graded. They cannot be invested without money. This is the most basic role of capital.

At the same time, these cutting-edge leisure agricultural categories, in order to meet the consumption needs of urban residents and attract urban residents to consume, must need capital vision, vision and organizational operation ability. This is already far beyond the ability and vision of small families like farmhouse entertainment.

In addition, leisure agriculture should be vigorously developed to facilitate and attract tourists, which will inevitably put forward higher requirements for the existing rural infrastructure, including transportation, parking lots, broadband, water supply, toilets, garbage and sewage treatment, as well as exhibition and performance venues. These all need investment and improvement. Even if the government has some supporting investment, it usually needs projects first, and supporting investment can also support them in a directional way.
