The park where Chen Caixian works has a party branch, whose full name is the joint party branch of kiwifruit professional cooperatives in Gantian town. This park, which adopts "joint party branch + park + cooperative + peasant household", is a typical example of poverty alleviation by "party building + industry" in the county. In recent years, Leye County has deepened the poverty alleviation mechanism of "party building + industry" and opened the model of "party organization + leading enterprise + peasant household" and "party organization + cooperative + base + peasant household".

Yayi kiwifruit industry poverty alleviation demonstration park implements the operation model of joint management of party branches, contracting bosses and farmers and sharing profits together, that is, under the communication and coordination of the joint party branches, one poor household participates in the management of dividends for every 15 mu and distributes 30 per cent of the profits to the managed peasant households; it pays 1000 yuan per mu to the poor households participating in the management, and 5000 yuan a year to the poor households who take shares in small poverty alleviation loans. In this way, the interest connection mechanism has been formed with the poor households. "We saw a rush." Chen Caixian said.

The county adopts policy, financial and technical support to strengthen the main body of a new type of agricultural operation and actively cultivate the "leader" of rural economic development. Today, the county has developed into 7 billion organic industries, such as characteristic fruits, animal husbandry and reservoir area farming, which radiates the masses to participate in operation and management and constantly broadens the channels for increasing people's income.

In the process of implementing the "party building + industry" poverty alleviation model, Leye County has also taken various measures to provide good services. In order to make "economic capable people" such as large farmers, individual business owners, and young migrant workers feel at ease to start their own businesses and give full play to their leading role in getting rich, the county implements "one-stop" services in issuing certificates, handling licenses, legal services, technical guidance, land transfer, and so on.

Wang Wengang, a villager of Baba Village, Yachang Township, County, is the beneficiary of the "one-stop" service. In March 2014, the county established a goat farming demonstration community for the village through the Eide Fund project and the follow-up industrial development project. With the help of the township party committee, Wang Wengang gained the cost of raising sheep. The villagers of Baba Village developed from the initial exploratory breeding to batch breeding. At present, the average annual net income of these farmers reaches 21000 yuan.

According to statistics, under the "party building + industry" poverty alleviation mechanism of party organizations at all levels, the county has cultivated a total of 134 industrial cooperatives, 18 industrial party branches, and nearly 5,000 poor households that have benefited from poverty. A poverty alleviation mechanism of "party building + industry" in line with the reality of the county has been gradually established.
