Fifth, constantly improve the training mode of e-commerce talents. According to the characteristics of rural e-commerce and the requirements of rural industrial development, various methods such as local training and entrusted training are adopted to train talents, gradually form a county and village multi-level training network, and train more professionals who meet the needs of the rural e-commerce market according to local conditions. make up for the talent gap of rural e-commerce as soon as possible.
