In grain production, how can all localities do their best to combine agricultural technology, agronomy and mechanization, and maximize disaster reduction, cost reduction and income increase through technical means like Jiangsu agricultural departments? And how should our agricultural insurance policy be improved and perfected so that the affected farmers will no longer "quench their thirst"? Which provisions need to be refined more, lowering the threshold for farmers, and no longer allowing affected farmers to "call for compensation"? How can our various subsidy policies be more transparent and accurate, tilt to those who really cultivate grain, and realize the access of information disclosure? In the improvement and brand building of grain, especially rice quality, and in the market expansion of grain farmers, what should our governments at all levels and relevant departments do to make up for and work hard?
