It has always been a very important issue to mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers to plant crops. Nowadays, many farmers are unwilling to farm at home. Most of them choose to go out to work, resulting in a large number of desolation of rural land. As the state attaches great importance to agriculture, in order to improve farmers' enthusiasm for planting, farmers are given a lot of subsidies, such as direct subsidies for grain, subsidies for the purchase of agricultural machinery, and so on. However, although there are many agricultural subsidies, it is still difficult to mobilize farmers' enthusiasm for agricultural planting.

At present, the prices of all kinds of daily necessities are rising, but the prices of agricultural products have been low all the time. First of all, the prices of agricultural products have been regulated by the market. When the supply exceeds the demand, the prices of agricultural products decline; when the demand exceeds the supply, the prices of agricultural products rise. Because farmers' awareness of the market economy is weak, lack of judgment on the market economy, resulting in unsalable agricultural products, is also the reason why agricultural products can not afford to sell prices.

Preferential policies for farmers have been improved and subsidies have been increased, but have farmers really received subsidies? According to the survey, not every farmer has received a subsidy. Because the situation in rural areas is very complex, many farmers still need to rely on relationships if they want to get subsidies. Even some people who should not have received subsidies have received subsidies through relationships. Even some farmers' subsidies have been withheld by village cadres and township cadres, which has also dealt a great blow to farmers' enthusiasm for planting.

The money given to farmers' subsidies can hardly fall into the pockets of farmers. Farmers have worked hard for a year, but they have only earned meagre profits, and they may even lose money in the event of disasters and other problems. How can farmers still have confidence in agricultural cultivation? The income of farming in a year is less than that of going out to work for a month, who will farm at home? Therefore, if we want to improve farmers' enthusiasm for planting, we also need to consider all aspects of farmers and their lives.
