With the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" craze sweeping across the country, free training for rural e-commerce has been carried out one after another. However, during a recent interview in some counties and districts of Ningxia, the reporter found that e-commerce training in rural areas and farmers needs more and more targeted practice, but some places attach importance to "concept" training, which greatly reduces the effectiveness of the training.

Huang Lixin, a 48-year-old farmer in Ningxia, has been recovering at home because of a traffic accident last year. This year, Huang Lixin attended a local rural e-commerce training course. Although he had a general understanding of e-commerce, he could not come up with a clear picture of the goods. Some "advertisements" on the Internet that only need to pay the franchise fee, the full trusteeship of the online store, and wait for the money to be collected, so that Huang Lixin is so moved that he is even ready to take out his savings of 15000 yuan to join.

Huang Lixin's experience is just a microcosm. It is understood that most of the counties and districts that carry out rural e-commerce training in Ningxia rely on e-commerce incubation centers and training centers, and through the way of purchasing services by the government, local e-commerce companies in Ningxia provide training on their behalf, and the training courses are divided into primary classes, advanced classes, and so on. However, these courses can only give farmers participating in the training a general understanding of e-commerce.

For farmers, the investment of several thousand yuan in e-commerce does not seem to be much, but it is the hard-earned money they have saved by living frugally. If the effectiveness of the training is not strong, the online shop set up by farmers with enthusiasm is easy to fail; while they suffer losses, they will also greatly reduce their confidence in rural e-commerce. If they are deceived by lawbreakers on the Internet, some families are likely to become poor.

The training of rural e-commerce depends on the actual effect. We should change from paying attention to the number of people trained to the "survival rate" of e-commerce, put the actual effect in a prominent position, and concentrate on training intelligent and powerful e-commerce leaders. This requires rural e-commerce training to proceed from the actual needs of farmers, strictly screen the training objects, and improve the training methods, instead of using new terms such as "Internet +" and "big data" to make farmers feel "profound".

In rural e-commerce training, we can choose training institutions with rich marketing experience and strong strength, so that the training subjects can have more practical opportunities, instead of just using "empty talk" teaching methods such as lectures and "brainstorming". The evaluation and feedback mechanism of training effect should also be established. This not only helps training institutions to sum up in time, but also helps government departments to help farmers choose suitable training institutions.
