At present, some rural areas adopt the strategy of "company + base + farmer" to build brands and strengthen agricultural processing industry, which is a typical way to enhance the added value of land through the development of efficient agriculture. Efficient agriculture needs to be scaled up in order to realize high efficiency, which forms a paradox. The low price of land circulation leads to the reluctance of farmers who take land income as their main source of livelihood to circulate. Without land circulation, how can we develop large-scale agriculture?

Therefore, in addition to promoting efficient agriculture, it is obvious that innovation in rural land circulation market mode is needed in order to comprehensively enhance land value.

"Internet +" new model or help rural land double value-added

In Xinxiang City, Henan Province, the local land circulation center can not only increase the value of farmland, but also "turn decay into magic" through the new mode of "Internet +," so that unused wasteland can be revitalized and its added value can be multiplied.

A piece of wasteland transferred by Xinxiang Land Circulation Center last year was originally regarded as a domestic garbage storage place by local villagers. However, after investigation by professionals of the circulation center, it was found that this wasteland has extremely high potential value in many aspects such as transportation and surrounding environment.

The circulation center released the basic information of this wasteland nationwide through the network platform, and soon customers took a fancy to this land. After nearly a year of transformation, this wasteland has now been developed into a modern planting and breeding integrated base, and the village committee that has transferred this land has used the funds obtained through circulation for the construction of village collective farmland water conservancy, village roads and other public service facilities.

Since its operation at the beginning of 2014, Xinxiang Circulation Center has released 555 pieces of land information and 66 transactions through the earth flow network platform, including agricultural land, industrial land and various unused wasteland. Through the bridge function of agricultural project planning and "Internet +", the value of rural land is showing a significant increase.
