The current problems in the agricultural material industry are caused by many factors, which is the performance of the systematic problems accumulated by the rapid growth of the whole national economy since the reform and opening up, just like the supply-side structural reform in other industries. It is impossible to go out in a short period of time. Yang Jianping, member of the party group and deputy director of the Council of the all-China Federation of supply and Marketing Cooperation, predicted: "in the next three to five years, the agricultural material industry will be very difficult, and there will be no more days of making big money and making fast money in the past. We should start to learn to make small money and earn slow money. We should also be prepared to fight a protracted war."

From the very beginning, as a provider of agricultural inputs, the agricultural material industry has been accompanied by agriculture, which is a highly policy-oriented industry. Many enterprises have been accustomed to eating policy for a long time, but now it is indeed cruel and even tragic to go through the market baptism and complete the reshuffle process of survival of the fittest. On the one hand, it is necessary to keep up with the growth of modern agriculture and develop accurate agricultural materials. The development of modern agriculture in China has changed from field agriculture, which used to solve the problem of food and clothing, to intensive agriculture, organic agriculture, facility agriculture, sightseeing agriculture and so on. Agricultural enterprises should change from large agricultural suppliers to efficient and accurate agrochemical service providers. Through land trusteeship and land transfer, agricultural enterprises can set up service-oriented farmers' cooperatives or professional service teams such as agricultural machinery and plant protection, and adopt cooperative management, order service, contract leasing and other ways to carry out serial agricultural services such as farming, planting, management, harvest, baking, addition, storage and marketing, participate in the overall layout of the agricultural industrial chain, and promote the integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas.
