At the same time, grain is harvested and dried without falling to the ground, and 50 tons of 100 mu of grain is taken as an independent separate collection, storage and processing batch to preserve the previous tracking marks.

The whole production process of "safe grain" from the field to the dining table strictly implements the three criteria of "qualification, compliance and traceability". That is, all the raw materials used for grain cultivation and production are up to or higher than the national standards. To ensure that the agronomy, technology and management processes adopted in grain cultivation and production are all in line with the relevant norms and regulations of the state, industries and enterprises. The quality responsibilities of all actors involved in grain production (including agricultural capital merchants, grain farmers, warehousing processors, grain dealers, etc.) are identified, and these marks are always preserved and traceable.

Liu Yingwen's grain growing practice has proved that this grain order decomposition and rice labeling management model has successfully solved the "dilemma" of the difficulties of buying agricultural materials and selling grain for food and agriculture, and formed a stable quantity and quality grain production supply of specific varieties, and finally provided "rest assured grain" for the dining table.

Liu Yingwen believes that letting consumers see the production of "safe grain" with their own eyes is more effective than saying it 100 times by the producers themselves. With the current Internet big data and QR code scanning technology, it is convenient for consumers to clearly "see" the records of key segments of the production process.
