A few days ago, the reporter came to the 18 station forestry bureau Yongqing management area third management station in Pengjia, far away to see rows of high piled beehives. Entering the yard, a few small bees rushed at us enthusiastically, scaring us. "Don't be afraid, this bee won't sting!" Yu Peng, who was inspecting the beehive, said with a smile.

In 2005, Yu Peng and his wife contracted the third management and protection station of the management and protection area. The spare time life of the management and protection station was monotonous, but it had unique conditions for the development of self-supporting economy. After in-depth investigation, Yu Peng felt that the surrounding flowers and weeds were very suitable for the development of beekeeping. Yu Peng's idea was strongly supported by the management and protection area. The management and protection area helped him to build a bee cellar with temperature control equipment. At the same time, Yu Peng also enjoyed a small interest-free loan of 20,000 yuan for national entrepreneurship and obtained 9800 yuan of national entrepreneurship support fund. The trade union of 18 stations forestry bureau provided 20 boxes of forest bees to Yu Peng and his wife free of charge, and Yu Peng bought 20 boxes of forest bees himself. In this way, Yu Peng and his wife formally embarked on their "sweet" road to prosperity.

At the beginning of breeding, due to the drought of that year and the first practice, the honey yield was not high, but it also earned more than 5000 yuan. The first time to cultivate forest bees, there was a harvest, which strengthened the confidence of Yu Peng and his wife to develop forest bee breeding. In 2010, the couple decided to expand the breeding scale, adding 20 boxes of forest bees to 60 boxes on the basis of the original, and the honey output also increased steadily, with an income of 60,000 yuan in that year. Looking at their "sweet career" thriving, Yu Peng couple immersed in joy. However, there were unexpected events. In the spring of 2011, due to negligence in management, beehives were seriously damaged by rats in bee cellars, resulting in the death of 60 beehives to varying degrees and direct losses of more than 30,000 yuan. Just when Yu Peng and his wife were unable to develop, the party and government leaders of Yongqing Management and Protection District personally went to the management and protection station to sympathize with them, and helped them contact a support loan of 20,000 yuan. This setback did not discourage Yu Peng. In 2011, he bought another 40 boxes of forest bees, and added 20 boxes the next year. Through scientific breeding, the output of honey increased steadily, and the annual income reached more than 100,000 yuan.

Yu Peng and his wife gradually turned beekeeping into their own industry, with a small reputation in the management area. Over the past few years, Mr. and Mrs. Yu Peng have won the honorary titles of "Demonstration Households of Workers 'Entrepreneurship and Prosperity Project","Expert in Bee Breeding Technology" and "Good Model of Entrepreneurship and Prosperity" of 18 Station Forestry Bureau.

Through these years of efforts, Yu Peng and his wife tasted the sweetness in forest bee breeding and increased their income. They do not forget the support of the unit and the help of leading colleagues when they become rich. Many professional questions raised by colleagues and colleagues who are willing to keep bees are seriously answered and taught beekeeping technology without reservation. His selfless spirit is unanimously praised by the leaders and staff of the management and protection area.

Now the couple raise 100 boxes of bees, with an annual output of more than 3000 catties of honey and an annual income of 120,000 yuan. The "hundred pollen" and "natural honey" honey they produce are natural and pure, favored by local people, and can be sold out basically without leaving home.
