Luo Xiaohui found a flat ground in the orchard. He stood still, concentrated, stood in a horse stance, created wind under his fist, and his fist skills flowed smoothly. The villagers beside him cheered one after another.

"I've loved watching Bruce Lee's kung fu movies since I was young. I hope I can train myself to be good at martial arts." Because his family was poor when he was a child, Luo Xiaohui's kung fu dream only stayed on the naughty boy's fists and feet. After graduating from junior high school, he went out to work, did the hardest and most tiring coolies, and even dug coal in the mine.

A few years later, he quit his job and went to a martial arts school in Mount Emei to begin a formal kung fu study tour.

Luo Xiaohui cherished his study time very much. Besides eating and sleeping every day, he also followed his master in boxing. He practiced regularly and accurately, whether it was cold or hot. Finally, he learned the system's fist technique and obtained the Boxer's Certificate.

Never stop on the road to learning

The process of learning kung fu honed Luo Xiaohui's will not to abandon anything. Whether it was later self-taught electrician, self-taught college diploma, self-taught fruit planting knowledge, became the local famous "science and technology demonstration household", rely on this tenacity.

In 2009, Luo Xiaohui saw the development momentum of his hometown fruit industry and resolutely returned home to form a fruit professional cooperative together with several fellow villagers. Up to now, the base of the cooperative has reached 4000 mu, almost including the whole Xinlin Village, covering Haiting Village, Yidong Town, Hanyuan County, Huangmu Town, Hanyuan County and other parts of land. He drove villagers to become rich through the model of "cooperative + farmer". Last year, the total sales volume of apples from cooperatives and farmers reached 8000 tons.

"The sales volume of green apples this year is 3500 tons. Currently, green apples have been sold out, and red apples are on sale." During harvest season, Luo Xiaohui's mobile phone rings non-stop, and orders come from all over the world.

From 2009 to 2016, Luo Xiaohui has become an "expert" and has been rated as a "science and technology demonstration household" by the agricultural department.

Towards the whole industry chain

Luo Xiaohui and several large-scale fruit and vegetable cooperatives in Hanyuan County have established cooperative associations. Under the cooperative associations, there are also fruit fertilizer sales, fruit and vegetable "banks" and other institutions, which can not only provide fertilizer for farmers, but also solve the problem of shortage of funds for fruit and vegetable planting.

It's cool under a big tree. Because of joining the cooperative association, Luo Xiaohui's "circle of friends" has been enriched, and everyone exchanges with each other. In terms of planting technology, sales sources and field involvement, they have entered a brand-new pattern.

A few days ago, the neighboring village invited him to teach apple planting technology on the spot. Luo Xiaohui not only brought technical knowledge, but also answered many questions about fruit industry chain on the spot.

"Now, the quality of fruits is more and more valued." Luo Xiaohui specially manages the cooperative's 1500 mu base. At present, the products of the base have passed the green food certification, which will drive more fruit farmers to plant fruits of higher standards.
